Went there to get A new phone on A Wednesday at 11:55 doors locked no sign or anything in the window to let some body know when they would return or be open.Horrible! Might as well just close this location.

Super rude on the phone. I asked if they had the 14 pro max in stock and he said no but we can order. I wasn’t interested in that option, but I said “ok well thank you” and the man on the phone immediately hung up.

Only had one person working, waited an hour for the tech to figure out how set up the guy’s phone in front of me. First time coming to this store but I’d recommend everyone go to a different store.

RUSSELL'S CELLULAR VERIZON store: (Hwy. 290 W & 1826)RUN, RUN as FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY from this store! I bought a new phone on 6/10/23. UPS attempted to deliver it on 6/12/23 @ 9:57 a.m. The store opens at 10:00. Took me a while to figure out that the phone was being shipped to the store which I requested. The email from the store had 2 different addresses: "shipping address" (mine) & "shipping to" (the store.) The first fiasco was UPS's fault. Couldn't the UPS driver wait 3 minutes? 6/13/23 I go to pick the phone. The front door of RUSSELL'S CELLULAR VERIZON is locked. There is a clock with "at lunch" until 3:17. I call the business's number. "The number you dialed is not in service." I wait 10 minutes. The female employee takes the lunch sign down but doesn't unlock the door. I pound on the door. She let's me in. She's GREAT! She sets my phone up & answers what questions I have. I'll need to bring my old phone in the next day (today) to turn it in. (My old phone was still transferring data to the new phone when I left.) Today 6/14/23 I go to RUSSELL'S CELLULAR VERIZON at 4:25 to turn my phone in & ask a few more questions. The store is LOCKED. NO SIGN. NOTHING. I call the store's number "The number you dialed is not in service." I peer in. No one is there. I go get something to eat & return at 5:30. The door is locked, no one inside & once again I hear "The number you dialed is not in service." I NEED TO RETURN THIS PHONE TODAY! I know customer service us not what it used to be but service at RUSSELL'S CELLULAR VERIZON is NON-EXISTENT! Don't waste your time. As for the Great female employee, look for another job. You're too good for this place.

I can Honestly say that Russell Cellular is by far, the best Cell Store that I've ever had the pleasure to start my Cell service with. They were kind enough to contact Customer Service on my behalf to clarify an issue with my credit App, and in NO time I was getting taken care of with my New device and an Awesome Plan. Just purchased a new iPhone from Russell Cellular. Hands down the best experience I’ve had purchasing a new phone! The manager was friendly and professional, and when I arrived a few days later to pick up my new phone, she got everything transferred and set up in record time. Will definitely be spreading the word about Russell Cellular!

Store manager rocked it. I had security concerns and she recommended a free VPN she uses herself. Had to double check with Verizon customer service on why there was wrong information showing up on her end, and she got on the phone and fixed the issue. Answered all my questions, and when it came to applying the promotional offer, she sent in my old phone herself. I've had to "cash-in" on phone rebates by sending them in before, so just one less thing I had to take care of. Thank you!

This location lacks in consistency and accuracy. We arrived at the store Sunday morning at 11:45am and store says it is open at 11am and no one was there but all the lights were on. When we tried to call to see if someone was working or if they would be open, the number on the website was not operable

Ordered a phone for pickup and waited 5 hours just to find out the store hasn't been open in 5 days. Canceled order and now switching locations.

Swindlers. These fellas put commission over honesty. Buy a phone here and you’re likely to find out that your bill is double what you were told. Much better off dealing with Verizon directly. This is just an authorized retailer.
