Nick was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment my fiancée and I walked into the Verizon store, he was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Upgrading phones can easily feel overwhelming, but Nick took the time to walk us through every option, answered all of our questions clearly, and made sure we ended up with the best phones and plans for our needs—without any pressure or upselling.
What really stood out was how seamless he made the entire process. He handled everything efficiently, explained each step, and made sure both phones were fully set up and ready to go before we left. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we were happy and confident with our decisions.
If you’re going to this Verizon location, do yourself a favor and ask for Nick. He turned what could’ve been a stressful errand into an easy and genuinely great experience. Thanks again, Nick!

Everything I asked help for is something they couldn’t help with, either because another store did something or what not, not sure why this store exist if they can’t help, not to mention rude attitude.

I’ve been a Verizon customer for about three years and recently brought my girlfriend and her mom in to switch over. We had a ton of questions about plans, perks, and upgrading to new phones, and Nick was incredibly patient and helpful through the whole process. He explained everything clearly, made sure we understood each step, and got all our new phones set up and running perfectly in no time.
Everything has been working great since, and the experience at this store made the switch so easy and stress-free. Huge thanks to Nick for his patience and professionalism — highly recommend this Verizon location!

I came in to get an upgrade on my phone and was greeted immediately by someone . There was barely no wait and everyone working there was friendly and helpful . Before I left Cris came and checked on me and also he made sure the phone was working before I left . He also asked if I was satisfied with everything . I was very satisfied with the customer service and now I see why this Verizon was recommended to me .

Went in after damaging my phone and Sarai walked me through setting up a replacement as well as showing me how to get my old phone back as easily and simply as possible. Excellent service from Sarai and so many headaches saved.

Don't use this brand if you can't help it...terrible customer service, good luck speaking with someone and if you do be prepared for the language barrier. Closed this account a year ago to get a creditor start harrasing me bc verison messed up now my credit is taking a hit an the people over seas can't even find my info. Complete joke and going into the store they will just refer you too customer service 1800 #.....avoid this brand at all cost definitely life lesson with this one.

Very nice people but don’t buy anything via delivery. I ordered iPad Air with Celluar at this store but it should be delivered to my house via FedEx, I was told. It doesn’t make a sense. What I was not told was the necessity of my signature for FedEx to release my iPad. I missed deliveries twice. Facing the third, I stopped by this store to resolve the delivery-signature fiasco. I was told that I could reorder the same after canceling the current order when it is returned to the (Verizon) warehouse. No idea how long it will take. The store manager calling himself Angel said, “you just wait”. He did not even try to help me resolve the issue. The iPad is just little over $1,000 and I can go to nearby BestBuy, if the cancellation is of certain. I was a bit frustrated and appealed raising my voice. Angel, not listening to me, demanded me to leave the store. No explanation. By the way, I’m an Asian American male in my late 60s’. Angel appears to me a White with blonde hair in his late 20s’ or early 30s’.

The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They are efficient, effective and quick. They take time to explain options. I have been there twice and all my issues have been resolved. Highly recommend this Verizon store.
