I purchased my new iPhone at Verizon, good experience and Service. I returned to turn in my old phone, being old I needed to use the restroom, but was denied. I had to hurry out and return home. Return later in the week two turn in my old phone. Not a particularly good experience. Otherwise overall a relatively good experience for start. This is the best dictation to typing I have ever seen😎 for start equals4stars🙄😒

Brian did not complete my port and rushed me out. I returned the next day and was treated like I was a bother. It went smooth but the attitude was very noticeable that they would rather avoid me to attend someone willing to spend more money than to help me with an issue of the previous day since I wasn’t spending money. I felt rushed out twice and not all my concerns were resolved. I decided to leave and go another day to a closer Verizon. I happened to be at this location shopping which now became inconvenient.

Be careful when you go to the store and allow them to access your account. They will add device protection for no reason and they try to steal your money.

I had an amazing experience at Verizon! Grace and Brian were incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my mom and I were completely satisfied with our visit. Their attentiveness and kindness really stood out, and we felt genuinely cared for. On top of that, they have great deals going on right now, which was an added bonus! Thank you, Grace and Brian, for such excellent service!

If i could give zero would the people work there are cool but the customer service is horrible bill is never steady always goes up do not get there wifi box you will have the worst experience with them canceled it a year ago and they are still charging me for it they will only suspend it not cancel it even if you tell them you cancel its not worth it ( had canceled them since jan )

Very helpful, knowledgeable, personal & there was a great energy amongst staff. Oh and we got some good deals ✨

Pretty terrible first impressions. Poor attentiveness and customer service topped off by a really uncaring, uninterested, deadpan demeanor.
Left sitting and standing around alone, interrupted at least 3 times at the very beginning of my visit so the manager could attempt to "multitask" other customers issues - but really, it just left me waiting around with nothing to do until they came back and did their authorized tasks for me.
For example, waiting on the store phone in silence for account activation questions because the worker had walked away completely. Busy greeting and starting other people's issues while I stood there like, ?????? .
Im sure it's good for the company to try to focus on as many people as possible at once, but doing an awful job with multiple people in 5% increments isn't as efficient as you might think.

Not all common sense is common. Walked into my local Verizon store to swap SIM cards today around 5:20pm. I explained to a gentleman wearing a white shirt my situation and he told me to have a seat he will be right with me. To my surprise he was not right with me.. this gentleman wearing a white t shirt (I’m assuming is a manager smh) decided to play twiddlywinks for the next 30-40 minutes and waste my time. He walked around doing nothing for 10 min (literally nothing) checked all the display phones to make sure they were properly on the stands for 10 min and then hovered over another employee making a sale for 10-20 min (the other customer even made a joke about him ease dropping) Eventually this bozo connected the dots after 30 minutes that I’ve been there waiting for him after making eye contact multiple times. But hey maybe he’s a manager and swapping a sim takes time, cant have a manager be bogged down on something that doesn’t generate revenue? No, the benefit of the doubt served me wrong. It took him two minutes to fix a problem he had me waiting 30-40 minutes for. If you’re thinking about going to a Verizon store on a Wednesday afternoon save yourself some time in the long run and drive elsewhere because you will not be respected at this one.

Incredibly disappointed and frankly pretty angry with my experience here. Sales staff will lie, mislead and do whatever it takes to make a sale. The gentleman I spoke with at this location lied to my face about current promotions and what my bill would be going forward and I've spent the last several weeks trying to remedy the issue. Hours on the phone wasted and my issue is still not fully resolved. Avoid the store like the plague. Dishonest con artists work here
