I highly recommend and strongly urge that if you need help from Verizon do NOT come to this location. If this is the type of service that Verizon deems is appropriate I would suggest finding another carrier. The sales associates here are poorly trained, which wasn't much of a surprise after interacting with the manager who does not understand the distinction between a warranty claim and an insurance claim and does not listen to the customer. Despite saying they are only trying to help, they turned a relatively simple process into a long stressful ordeal and making me consider another carrier.It is baffling how rude and unaccommodating the manager, and astonishing how dismissive they were of any of my concerns / complaints

Avoid this store at all costs. This store made what should have been a relatively simple process into a long, stressful ordeal. In fact I recommend finding another carrier if this is the kind of customer service that Verizon believes is acceptable. Take your business elsewhere, there is no reason for Verizon to be charging as much as they do for as poor of a customer service they offer. All of the low / 1 star ratings are warranted and the amount of them gives credence to the fact that this store does not know customer serviceThe sales associates at this location may put on a good smile but that's about as far as it goes. They seem as though they are poorly trained and after speaking with the manager it is obvious why they might be. The manager never seemed to grasp the difference between a warranty claim and an insurance claim and never listened to me as a customer largely dismissing all of my complaints and concernsI have been trying to make a warranty claim on my device for over a week now and this store has failed in every regard in helping me. The first day I go in I thought everything was fine, I was quickly helped in making the claim but was poorly informed throughout the whole process. It wasn't until the device was shipped that I realized it was not the same color as the device that I currently have. I went back to the store to try and clear things up and they tell me that they don't have the option / ability to select the color of the replacement device when making a warranty claim. Seems like something that should have been communicated prior to making the claim in the first place...It was suggested that after I receive the incorrect device, I send it back and call Assurion. I called Assurion and the associated was better informed than anyone I had spoken to at Verizon. They were helpful in making it clear that if I make a claim through Assurion I have to pay a deductible. Again this was not communicated to me when the associate at the Verzion store made the suggestion.Reluctantly, I make the 30 min trip back to the store to try and clear things up again for the third time. I ask to speak to the manager directly as I have now been given incorrect information twice from the associates on the floor. I explain to them the situation and that Assurion would require me to pay. The manager did not believe me and asked that I go through the online process despite making it very clear that I already spoke with an Assurion associate. After their first attempt proved I was right, the manager even suggested making the claim as though it had a broken screen. Which is fraudulent, and astonishing that they would even suggest that.The manager even stated that "they were only trying to help" which is hardly the case when you do not believe your customers.The manager does not care about their customers they only care about the credit cards. Prior to even resolving my issue the manager had the audacity to interrupt the first associate that was helping me on my initial visit, to offer me their home internet. Which if they had taken the time to look at my profile they would have noticed I already had it and don't want it... Only after I told them that did they make the attempt to look and realized I was rightIt is clear to me why the associates did a poor job at communicating because the manager hardly knows anything beyond navigating the menus on their tablet. They were rude and dismissive and treated me as though I knew nothing, when in reality it turns out I knew more than them

My dad bought me a new phone today with this company. I went into the store. Because I needed to figure out how to move my photos over to my new phone. From my old phone, they tried to charge me $30 on top. Just to do it. Even though it's free on YouTube, and it teaches you how to do it there.

Worst customer service from a Verizon store ever. Straight up made me feel like because I was white didn't have time for me. Only reason I gave 1 star that they don't deserve is to leave post!

Unhelpful, dismissive, and kind of rude. I came in to get my phone working, and the person helping me did not give me any space to explain my problem and was immediately rather dismissive and rude. Ultimately it turned out my phone was not supported by verizon, but they refused to elaborate on what that meant. Even when asked twice why and what that meant they just kept repeating that some phones don't work on verizon. It really seemed like they did not know why but were refusing to say so. It ended with them telling me to get a verizon prepayed phone from walmart, which I found insulting, they couldn't help and were telling me to spend more money than I already have on this phone. Very frustrating experience.

Huge shout out to Trevor who coached my Dad on how to do a few things and hooked me up on a great deal on a new phone when I was in a pinch! I was greeted immediately and was treated with utmost care and respect.

verizon corporation just scammed my sister! she called to cancel because the rep in walmarts didnt tell her about other details! verizon did not cancel her account when she told them to in the window of time that she is allowed. later she got a bill over 500 dollars. verizon are fucking scammers! boycott their ass! and stay away from those reps! fuck them! if i offended anyone fuck you!

I experienced top-rate service from Manager Chris and Specialist Anthony who helped me with transferring a phone and adding a line. They also showed me how to operate everything. They went above and beyond to help me out.

After wrestling with Verizon online problem solver to.unlock my phone 4/6 hours, I made an appointment at the Southparkmedows store, They resolved issue in 20 minutes. Five stars for them. 0.1* for Versions online problem solver, it sucked

Just wanted to say thank you to Brian (pretty sure this was his name) for helping me today! I had a bit of an accident and broke my phone...he took care of me no questions asked. He helped me figure out my insurance coverage and helped me file a claim to get a new one. He helped make a frustrating situation a little bit better and I really appreciate that.

I freaking hate verizon. Every store is the same. All i had to do is to a pick up a pre paid phone. Seems you are only allowed to have a phone on hold for 3 days, which makes no sense. Since it's pre paid and Thanksgiving was the 3rd day . Guy wanted to charge me again . All I wanted to do was to get the hell of the place. O yea I have a business account with 30 lines , that means nothing to the staff. Thats why sprint folded.
