TRUST ME THEY ARE SCAM!!! They are not a authorized dealer instead they are russell cellular. They told us one amount for the iPhone 16 and later one the monthly bill came different eventhough we bought the phone in trade in deal. And once we tried to contact the store, they denied to talk to us and ask us to call the verizon. Freaking scammers. Of you don’t believe me just scroll through the reviews there’s just a SINGLE ⭐️ read the reviews before you decide to go there

DO NOT GO to this store if you need customer service or technical support.
They cannot help you with anything. This is not a corporate store where they have the actual resources and technical knowledge to help you, this is just a store to sell you a phone plan but beyond that they’re absolutely useless.

Bad customer service. Was unable to return device here even though I bought it from a Russell Cellular store and had a receipt. The staff here is rude and unwilling to help. When I asked for a manager, the rep told me they do not have one. Get new staff please.

I called them to ask for an add-on to my existing Verizon wireless plan (e-sim) and was asked to come in-store. They just created an e-sim and was charged $40 for setup fee. When I contested the charge as no setup was done (as confirmed by Verizon that it should only be charged when they help with setting up a new device), they said they charge it for all in-store activations. I had to pay this on top of my Verizon setup and the setup fee was never mentioned over the phone or in-store before issuing a new e-sim.
To compare, the same at the Verizon store off of 183 and 1431 is done for free without any setup fee.
Response to the store: I have also called after the charge was added to request a refund and cited my discussion with Verizon customer care and the other Verizon store. I was told that it was probably a mistake that I was not informed about the charge beforehand, but the charge will not be refunded. I did try to get the issue fixed before posting the review, but could t get that done.

Really dishonest employees.
They told me I needed a new SIM card because the one that came with my new phone was “defective” and wanted to charge $50; they even said that the color of the SIM card was indicative of the defectiveness. I went to another store because that diagnostic was highly suspicious and it turned out the card was just fine and it only took a settings adjustment in the phone.
Do not go here if you want honest service.

First off, this IS NOT A REAL Verizon store. It’s one of those knock-off, “authorized retailers”.
Second, my experience of customer service was that it was NON-EXISTENT. I came in a Saturday morning. There was one worker who was helping a couple and then there was me. I was waiting for almost 40 minutes and not once did he acknowledge my presence, let me know how long it might be. Nothing. I just left cause who knows how long it was going to take and it’s not even a real Verizon. Just go 5 minutes away for REAL Verizon.

STOLE MY PHONE. A slick employee neglected to give me a receipt for my trade in. At first I thought it was a mistake. After several emails, calls, and visits to the store they decided there was no evidence I ever traded in a phone at all. I told them exactly when to check the security footage to prove myself and they waited until the footage was erased to look into it. They even told me they HAD THE PHONE at one point and that the email it was linked to was changed (after the trade in) but still denied it was stolen???? HOW?? I cannot believe they get away with this. DO NOT do business with this store or any Verizon store run by RUSSEL CELLULAR. READ THE REVIEWS. I am not the only one.
