I went in for a simple phone swap, I was told that I had a “hold on my account” I then was caught off guard, so I called 611, upon talking to 611 I was told there was no hold on my account, simply the guy did not want to help. Don’t waste your time at this store, just go straight to a corporate store.
The other worker did tell the guy that he was going to have to call to activate the sim, 2 seconds later I was told it couldn’t happen.
I was disappointed as this store is my local store and I have never had issues like this before.

0 STARS! Had to give 1 to post. The kids they have "working" here at this store currently are worthless. I hate saying that about anybody but wow. I walked in and both were at their desks playing on their phones. I walked up to them and they both started just pointing at each other to get me to not talk to them. I just said "one of you have to help me" and so the newer girl did. I explained what i needed help with and asked if they could look up my account. She said she had no idea how to help nor offered any suggestion for finding help. Then i just went to the other guy and said how about you. Can you look up my account please. And he said "I don't have my computer on". I said then "can you turn it on and look?" He then stuttered and said his computer is down and just went back to playing on his phone. I was completely dumbfounded. I never felt so ignored . Wish I would have gotten their names. Blond young kid male, and younger black female with long braids. Just ridiculous. It's like they took the job so they can just sit around and do nothing. It's unfortunate because i have been helped by other employees that worked there in the past who were great. GET RID OF THESE KIDS VERIZON OR TRAIN THEM TO HELP!

If I could give this place a zero review I would. We went here thinking they were a Verizon store, but they aren’t. We created a business account here and have had nothing but issues with our phones and accounts. Don’t let them fool you. They are not Verizon. Bad!!! Beware!!

I have to say I'm completely amazed at the level of service Angelo displayed. It's the 1st time since having Verizon that I left feeling well taken care, and he took the time to listen to my needs and wants. He explained everything down to each detail and went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed and happy. I will be sure to always go to him for my phone needs.

Had a mess up when I bought a new phone (my fault) and I couldn’t be more happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of Angelo and Steven! Super patient with us and kind! Got everything solved and we are happy! Great team here!

Searching for a new phone company. After reading the reviews I realized there's always a possibility of getting surpries on the bill, if you get with the wrong sales agent....So, I decided I will stay with my existing cel company.Thanks for the reviews !!

Update: Came here a second time and dealt with the new manager Jeremy. I was able to trade in my phone for a great promotion and transfer everything over seamlessly. He was kind, knowledgeable, and fast. I would highly recommend coming to this location just because of the great service! --------Cassidy was fabulous. She helped me create my own account, find the best upgrade, and set up everything for me. I've waited at other Verizon stores for hours. She handled everything seamlessly. Very happy and will return.

TLDR; Verizon as a business has been great, but with the sole exception of the district manager, the employees in this store make it a less than desirable experience. Would not return or refer to a friend.My experience with Ketrick, the district manager, was amazing. Everyone thereafter left much to be desired. The devices I ordered were marked as delivered but not in the store. When I went in to inquire, the manager, Armando, continued to ignore the customer he was with and the waiting queue (which I was in) to attend to customers coming in and asking sporadic questions. I returned several days later, and Armando was the attending manager again. He set up my phone but did not have time to get to my watch, so rang me up and sent me on my way. However, he didn't follow through with anything I discussed with Ketrick. He didn't ask about which plan I was going to be on, whether I was still interested in making a down payment on the devices, or even bother to check that the watch he put in the bag was the correct one. Although we were there after hours (after I had asked several times if I should return the following day), he had even taken time for a personal text conversation in the middle of a call he was on with another Verizon representative. Needless to say, I had to return the next day to exchange the watch for the one I had ordered. The attendant there was initially quite rude, asking several times why I had taken the watch the night before if it was not the one I had ordered. She was able to put her attitude aside for the rest of our visit, and did set up the correct watch. She charged me for the remainder of the taxes and also did not ask about any down payment. By the end of the week, I ended up with a plan I had not originally agreed to, an additional monthly charge that was not disclosed to me during my conversation with Ketrick, and no option to put any additional money down without violating the terms of the contract. I've had to have multiple conversations with a virtual assistant to square everything as it should be. I bought two new phones in Oct and Nov ... they waived my activation fee because it does not make sense to pay $$35 for every phone you bring to your account. I bought a new one today and some incompetent worker there started making stories on how they never waive Activation fees etc.Always avoid any biz where there is an incompetent liar. Will never be back at that store again.
