Update:\\nCame here a second time and dealt with the new manager Jeremy. I was able to trade in my phone for a great promotion and transfer everything over seamlessly. He was kind, knowledgeable, and fast. I would highly recommend coming to this location just because of the great service!\\n\\n--------Cassidy was fabulous. She helped me create my own account, find the best upgrade, and set up everything for me. I've waited at other Verizon stores for hours. She handled everything seamlessly. Very happy and will return.

TLDR; Verizon as a business has been great, but with the sole exception of the district manager, the employees in this store make it a less than desirable experience. Would not return or refer to a friend.My experience with Ketrick, the district manager, was amazing. Everyone thereafter left much to be desired. The devices I ordered were marked as delivered but not in the store. When I went in to inquire, the manager, Armando, continued to ignore the customer he was with and the waiting queue (which I was in) to attend to customers coming in and asking sporadic questions. I returned several days later, and Armando was the attending manager again. He set up my phone but did not have time to get to my watch, so rang me up and sent me on my way. However, he didn't follow through with anything I discussed with Ketrick. He didn't ask about which plan I was going to be on, whether I was still interested in making a down payment on the devices, or even bother to check that the watch he put in the bag was the correct one. Although we were there after hours (after I had asked several times if I should return the following day), he had even taken time for a personal text conversation in the middle of a call he was on with another Verizon representative. Needless to say, I had to return the next day to exchange the watch for the one I had ordered. The attendant there was initially quite rude, asking several times why I had taken the watch the night before if it was not the one I had ordered. She was able to put her attitude aside for the rest of our visit, and did set up the correct watch. She charged me for the remainder of the taxes and also did not ask about any down payment. By the end of the week, I ended up with a plan I had not originally agreed to, an additional monthly charge that was not disclosed to me during my conversation with Ketrick, and no option to put any additional money down without violating the terms of the contract. I've had to have multiple conversations with a virtual assistant to square everything as it should be. TLDR; Verizon as a business has been great, but with the sole exception of the district manager, the employees in this store make it a less than desirable experience. I bought two new phones in Oct and Nov ... they waived my activation fee because it does not make sense to pay $$35 for every phone you bring to your account. I bought a new one today and some incompetent worker there started making stories on how they never waive Activation fees etc.Always avoid any biz where there is an incompetent liar. Will never be back at that store again.

I had the worse experience with this store. They could not complete my in store upgrade order but managed to mess it up so badly that they could not cancel it either. I have spent countless hours in store and on phone with this store and Verizon. It has gone exactly nowhere. More than a month later, there is no resolution at the horizon. Apparently nobody at their store knows how to cancel an order!

Honestly the sales staff was incredible and the only reason I'm not leaving a 5* review is because I told them multiple times I didn't want mobile protection(insurance) on the phones we got, yet I get home and look at my first bill and sure enough I'm paying an extra $34 for insurance :( other than that I genuinely enjoyed the experience.

What a wonderful experience. This is a newish store and my first time coming here. I really only came in to buy a cover for my iPhone 7. (don’t laugh) I just can’t see buying a phone when my 7 works perfectly for my needs. Anyway. After seeing the SE wouldn’t cost much, and I had a discount price, on top of Verizon bucks and my monthly bill would go down, I couldn’t pass up getting a newer phone. The 7 is being retired to the iPhone museum I heard.Nick was amazing. And so was the other gentleman in the store too. Both told me the great value for my purchase and got me what I needed to suit my iPhone lifestyle.Nick and I spoke for a while about life in general while my phone was transferring all the information over. Great enjoyable experience. I feel I was meant to be there at that exact moment. I will for sure come back here with any Verizon needs. I’ve been with Verizon for years, I have always had great service, no mater what state and city I’ve lived in.

Nicholas was extremely helpful and great at customer service. While my phone was setting up, he assisted another customer whose order from a different store was inexplicably canceled, and that customer also left with a new phone completely set up.

Affan was beyond honest, helpful and efficient!! He took his time explaining stuff to me, while walking me through step by step. He even talked me through what could go wrong and what to do if it did!! He was so patient & knowledgeable! First time visiting this new Verizon store but definitely won’t be the last if I need anything! Thank you for valuing customer service so much!!

Nicholas was the best! Very patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. There was never a point where we felt like another “transaction” to him. Great customer service. I highly recommend this location for all of your wireless needs!
