Best mechanic shop I have ever been to & will continue to go to! They treat you like family! I can always count on them to put me back on the road safely. It is so rare these days to walk into a place of business & feel completely welcomed, but not at Vick's Expertune! 5 stars aren't enough for these guys!

Best mechanic shop I've been to. Completely honest and transparent about the thought process behind their problem solving. (I had a funky Saab so every problem I brought them was out of the ordinary). Ever since I moved away from Texas, these guys have held the standard to which I compare every other mechanic -- and no one's come close. Didn't realize how spoiled I was. I highly recommend this shop.

Jamie is fantastic he did an awesome job on my SUV. Very respectful. And the Owner helped me with an issue I had, saved me hundreds the dealership was charging by giving me a simple tip to resolve the issue.

The guy at the counter over charged me for a service an gave me some dumb excuse about him needing to to hire a new mechanic and passing the cost on to the consumer or something stupid which was a lie. He was just a money hungry a hole.

Owner Dane Vick was very honest about how much it would cost for an oil change for my car and a alignment for my husband's car. Both were very affordable and on time. The work was superb, and I will definitely be returning for more business.

DANE VICK SAVED MY LIFEHad my vehicle's front brake fixed at this place. Following Monday I was on the way to lunch when a car in front of me stopped suddenly. I SLAMMED on the brake and my car stopped expeditiously, avoiding a bad tailgate. Fantastic on the brake job Dane!

I recently purchased a used car that required repairs and brought it here to be serviced. I chose this location based on the positive reviews I read here, and you all did not steer me wrong! They fixed what needed to be done, and provided options for things they thought were best serviced elsewhere. I want to highlight this, because I felt they were upfront and honest. And as weird as sounds, I feel they truly had my best interests in mind. In all my interactions with Dane, I felt he was professional, honest, shared timely communication and provided overall wonderful service. Also want to give a big shoutout to Justin, who went above and beyond in sharing some of his knowledge, and helping out with a few small asks before we left. Really personable team. This is truly a great/reliable shop, with skilled, professional and personal men. Thank you & highly recommend!

10/10 would recommend! They are attentive to detail, always looking for the best deal for their customers and truly care. They're not a big corporation that just wants your money. The owner took care of me, made me feel like my dad looking out for my best interest. He didn't try to upsell anything and even looking at my tires which was not a part of my reasoning to come in. I'll for sure be coming back and will recommend to ANYONE.

Verbal quote repair for condenser. Took vehicle in based on said quote. Once dropped off, I received a call back with an addition charge not included in original quote. Reconfirmed with 2 other competitors if their quotes included the Freon recharge which they did. Nice people but my time is valuable and did not appreciate how it was wasted based on this practice. Had I known the recharge was not part of the base quote (like their competitors) I would not have gone there.

Nice place they have a nice little cube where you can see the mechanic working on your car. I was there waiting for my car to be inspected.The guy I talked to initially wasn’t a very friendly, but overall experience was professional.They even left a bag of cookies in my car.

I got my state inspection done here. They were fast and friendly and best part was how helpful Justin was! He was very kind and also mounted my new TX license plates. I am greatful for his time and assistance! I will definitely be back to this shop for all my automotive needs!!!

If you’re a female don’t go to this business. My Significant other had a terrible experience. There’s a specific and particularly rude employee that works there. You know who. Rude service and I will never recommend anyone to ever spend your money here at Vick’s Automotive.

Three strikes you're out - We had 3 appointments with these guys for an alignment. We showed up to the first one and they had a another vehicle they had taken apart. They were waiting on parts to show up and it would be a week before they could reschedule. We should have at least received a call, but things happen and were understanding and rescheduled. Due to the first incident I reached out the second time before our appointment. They still were not ready and had to reschedule the appointment again the morning of. I let them know they need to at least call us the day before and reschedule. I as a customer should not have to chase them around when they are scheduling appointments. Yesterday I called again since these guys are so unorganized to make sure our appointment would be filled. Justin fielded the first two instances and I spoke with Dean the last phone call. He said he was unable to hold the appointment because he couldn't confirm he would be ready that it was first come first serve. I let him know I should have been told that a week and a half ago. This morning I get a very rude call letting us know we have been placed on a "no show list" after I was told last night our appointment wasn't valid....um what?! These guys need to get it together. If you are first come first serve, why are you scheduling appointments you never keep? Also why are you telling your customers you will keep the appointments then at the last minute telling them they can't honor the appointment, then calling them with a rude voicemail the next morning. This is 3 appointments later. We have been extremely patient and then a rude voicemail. We took our car to their competition right down the road (Brother's Alignment). They only charge $60 for the alignment and gave us fantastic service. Vick's expertise can put us on whatever list they want, but don't call my phone harassing me the next morning for your mistakes.
