This is a great roomy store, I go in there every year and have a extremely good experience on superb quality frames and lenses. Do not change what is not broke.

Went in for an appointment as my glasses were stolen. It was over a year since my last prescription was given so I had to make an appointment for a new prescription. I go through the appointment and buy my new glasses again (Their insurance doesn’t cover theft btw which is really annoying). It takes a week for them to come in and lo and behold they are the wrong prescription. I had to make another appointment with the doctor where they fixed their mistakes from the first appointment and get the new correct lenses ordered. They said they would expedite because of their mistake but it’s taken even longer than the first time and I’m still waiting. Overall, an annoying circumstance and I don’t believe they were ever expedited. I’ve been without a pair of glasses for almost a month now. To their credit, they didn’t charge me for the follow up appointment or the new lenses as they shouldn’t because they made the mistakes in the first place. Either way, you may get screwed over at this location due to their incompetence.

Everyone was so friendly, they had no issues pulling up my insurance and it even has a really reasonable copay. Dr. Tubbs was also very friendly and also took the time to explain what the opto-map images meant! It's so much easier than having to have your eyes dilated and not be able to see all day. I also purchased glasses, and the entire process was super simple. Can't wait to pick them up when they come in!

Front desk staff seems miserable, came in an hour before close and two were working and I was the only customer but they still seemed inconvenienced by having to do their jobs. I’m sure it’s not the happiest place to work but it would probably be more pleasant if you don’t start off each customer with an already negative attitude

Front staff always look and act miserable. Asked to have my frame fitted to my face better and she ruined them. Curved the arms 90° and melted a little jagged area making it way more uncomfortable and now disfigured. I left because I didn’t want her to mess up my $600 investment anymore.

The store associate was very helpful. I walked in just to try on designer pairs before I bought them online and he helped me pick out a pair even though he knew I wasn’t going to purchase there. Their designer glasses aren’t out for show so he had to open the drawer. Great customer service

I have never had so fragile glasses that break so frequently was so little use that screws come out I have all this quality issue but yet somehow charge two to three times as much as my Walmart glasses that lasted way longer The absolute poor quality shows nothing but cheap Chinese s*** that you can get somewhere else but somehow still worse than Walmart
