Lousy service. They charged us +100 for a contact lens exam (we are not even sure if they added the medical insurance). They told us that it would take 4 weeks for the contact lenses to arrive and today we went and OH SURPRISE they were not ready, they didn't even tell us directly. They took about 30 minutes “looking for the order” and after a while when they called my husband to try “his contact lenses” the ophthalmologist told him to take the ones for the test because his contact lenses had not arrived yet. We have a suspicion that they didn't even place the order. Also the service of the assistants is terrible, they have a bad character. Horrible place. We would like a refund but they did everything so fast and extra that they didn't give us a chance to complain or ask for an explanation.

I am a regular customer at this store, have been calling them for more than a week with no response, even left a message. I finally decided to visit the store at 6 pm. Only 1 sales person, I wanted to order contacts for my son, he told me that he will not be able to help me since he has one more customer ahead of me and store closes at 6:30 pm. What a horrible service? No apologies, nothing like I might be able to help you. Did you care!! I sat in the store and in 10 minutes was able to call another store and order contacts with out any problems!!

Site says it’s open, Google says it’s open. Not a soul in the store and the doors locked. Good job visionworks. The manager should get their eyes checked about store hours.

This place has the most terrible hours. Like they close at 4pm on a Sunday and on weekdays at 6:30. Nobody here wants to do any work. They were much better pre pandemic and better staffed as well. Now it's just one person staffing the place and more often than not they look like they know nothing about optometry.

Writing from my second account to add new review about the craziest glasses purchase in my life
I contacted customer service by phone and email and in neither way could they explain what happened to my order. They told me a team lead or someone from the store would contact me in 24 to 48h so you wouldn’t be surprised when nobody contacted me. I’m attaching a pic as a proof about the exact time they replied to me on Wednesday.
The lack of customer service in person, by phone and by email is astounding . I’m glad they aren’t my car insurance company because I’d be scared.

We received the message that our order was ready the night before so we went to pick them up after work and they couldn’t find them. That in and of itself wasn’t a huge deal, but the way they handled it was very cold and nonchalant. One man was offering many good suggestions of where to look while his coworker who was the one that apparently lost them couldn’t care less. Her apology was as if she just couldn’t print us a receipt, not that she lost a customer’s glasses. She offered to reorder it and when we asked how long it would take, she simply said,”it’s going to take however long it takes”. No one is asking you to grovel at our feet, but at least act like you care about the problem you caused and actually want to make it right. A very disappointing experience.

The guy who works there, with the ponytail and beer belly, is one of the rudest salesman. He should work somewhere he doesn’t have to interact with people.

I bought my glasses about a year ago. End up breaking my glasses and going to this location. They fix my glasses better than when I purchased. Now its well and snug. Thank you so much.

Got a pair of lenses from a competitor didn’t really like them Joshua at the Arborwalk store Took care of me with better lens and better price really nice people. I will be going there again.

ASK TO SEE THE BREAKDOWN OF CHARGES BEFORE GIVING THEM PAYMENT. I was charged for unnecessary adjustments the rep added that totaled over $200.

I usually don’t write reviews but Josh deserves it. Last week my frame broke and I didn’t have spare one, I was so tensed because I was heading to work and without glasses wasn’t possible. I went to the store and told Josh that I can’t go to work without my glasses, he quickly brought me a brand new Rayban frame and assembled my old lenses into it within minutes I was out of the store and I made it on time to my work. Josh ordered a new pair of glasses which I picked up yesterday but Josh had a day off. Thank you Josh.

Wonderful customer service! Not too pushy and they let you peruse on your own but give great suggestions should you want them. Very efficient and friendly.
I did come to pick up my glasses today as the close time on Google says 7pm however I got there to see the store actually closes at 6:30pm. Please update your hours on Google.
