I have been a Volvo owner for almost 5 years and have nothing but exceptional service at the 2 dealerships I’ve worked with. Tommie Ellis has been my service advisor since we moved here 2 years ago and I have gotten great, honest and thorough service from him. I recently bought new tires and not even a month later on my way to work at 5:40am got a flat and had to pull over on 290. I called as soon as the dealership opened and brought my car in. He not only remembered me but took care of the issue at not hassle for me. I have loved my volvo since I got it and I truly can’t see going anywhere else. Keep up the great work!

I recently purchased a certified used Volvo and had an excellent experience! Aaron Leal helped me throughout the entire process and he is, by far, the best car salesperson I have ever worked with. He was upfront, funny and responsive, and worked with me to get the price to a good place. Completely love my new XC60!

I found a car on CARFAX, and reached out about my credit and how I would have a co-signer. They then proceeded to say that they will help and they go and run my credit and my co-signers only to just find out today that they sold the car to auction, I had to reach out and find out on my own. They were not quick with responding or any help. They did not mention how they would help me with any other vehicle. Frankly I’m upset, if it really had came down to it, I was ready to put money down but unfortunately they didn’t give me any help or heads up about the car going to auction. Just wanted some help, or a better communication. Thanks.

I absolutely love my new car. Both the Sales Manager - Shannon and Michael (my car salesman) were tremendous at helping me find just the right car for me. They were patient and took into consideration how I wanted it equipped and what was important to me. Couldn't ask for a better dealership or folks to work with! Go see them!!! They are the BEST!
