Everyone is always so kind in this store (which is not always the case with athlesiure stores). We had to return something and they had a private event today. Who I think was the manager was so kind and allowed us to still return our items and was so helpful. It’s such a bonus to have great quality clothes and amazing customer service! Can’t say enough good things about vuori

Nice store and nice people but the selection is limited. It’s a pretty small store and they didn’t have any of the cotton items I was looking for. A wasted trip.

A Five-Star Experience at Vuori Store in the Domain:
Once upon a sunny Austin afternoon, my mother-in-law and I embarked on what we thought would be a routine lunch outing. Little did we know, we were about to stumble upon the retail equivalent of a Michelin-star restaurant. Yes, my friends, this is a tale of our enchanting experience at the Vuori store in The Domain.
From the second I sauntered into the store, ready to casually browse, I was greeted with the enthusiasm and attentiveness usually reserved for royalty. Eryn, the charming guide of our retail journey, approached with the kind wide eyes & warm spirit only comparable to Zooey Deschanel in New Girl & smile so warm it could melt the iciest of hearts. She didn’t just break the ice with a thoughtful compliment highlighting a tiny detail in my outfit; she genuinely inquired about what I was looking for, making me feel like the star of a personal shopping show. Her natural gift with people and her evident passion for the brand were unmistakable. She seamlessly led her colleagues with such finesse that I had to ask if she was the manager. To my astonishment, she wasn’t, but she certainly embodied all the qualities of one.
As we navigated through the aisles, Caden appeared like a sartorial superhero, ready to save us from any potential fashion faux pas. His friendly demeanor and sharp eye for style turned our shopping trip into a delightful game of dress-up. He made my mother-in-law feel exceptionally comfortable, turning what could have been a mundane shopping trip into a memorable experience for her. Caden’s warmth and genuine interest in ensuring we had a great time were truly heartwarming.
Then came Fendi, whose keen sense of style and attention to detail made us feel like we were getting the VIP treatment at a high-end boutique. She wasn’t just selling clothes; she was curating an experience, ensuring that every piece we considered was a perfect fit for our personalities and needs. Fendi’s approach was refreshingly genuine, making us feel more like friends than customers.
Just when we thought our experience couldn’t get any better, Beau swooped in at the end, adding a delightful twist. With an air of intrigue, he asked, “Are you Francesca?” and introduced himself, which I found exceptionally unique & Michelin star worthy. He engaged us in thoughtful banter and posed detailed questions that showcased his genuine interest and elevated our experience to another level. Beau’s unique approach was truly the cherry on top of an already delightful shopping sundae.
Throughout our visit, I couldn’t help but feel like we had been transported to a realm where customer service still thrived. The team at Vuori demonstrated what it means to be genuinely interested in their customers, providing a level of service that is, quite frankly, a rare gem in today’s world.
In conclusion, our trip to the Vuori store was nothing short of extraordinary. Eryn, Caden, Fendi, and Beau transformed a simple shopping excursion into a memorable adventure filled with humor, wit, and unparalleled service. If you ever find yourself in The Domain, do yourself a favor and visit Vuori. Trust me, you won’t just be shopping—you’ll be embarking on a five-star retail experience.

Every time I walk into this store everyone is super nice and it is so appreciated. We brought our little 2 yo in with us this time and the employees were so sweet with her playing & helping us while we shopped. Raquel is very friendly & helpful. Love the genuine conversation and kindness from all of the employees. Can't say enough good things about this location. Keep being rockstars :)

I was greeted when I walked in and the employees were very kind.I needed to exchange some gifted items for different sizes. Sebastian helped do the return and set me up to order the sizes I needed- which was very easy.

I have visited this store location many times and every time I have had an incredibly pleasant experience. The staff is always so helpful, outgoing, and very knowledgable. The store is organized in such a way that makes shopping there enjoyable, and it is always so pristinely clean! Honestly love this vuori location, and find myself in there way too often!

The Austin location is so nice. The staff helped me order clothes that were no in my size. They checked the back and were very accommodating. They were so cheerful and helpful. I will be back!!
