I usually never have problems shopping here. It's a pretty average Walgreens experience. The store is clean and everything is organized and stocked. They are always low on staff, but who isn't? However, recently some of the cashiers have been unhelpful. One man in particular couldn't scan the milk (the only 1% gallon milk jug there). Instead of trying to enter it manually or get someone else who could, he simply told me to take that jug back and get something else. (Which is weird because that just kicks the can down the road.)I maybe should have spoken up more, but I didn't want to be too demanding. It just seemed that he would rather inconvenience people than try to solve a small problem.

Picked up two items and went to the counter. The employee said the items I brought up weren't on sale. I told them there was a sale tag. They told me to bring up the sale tag to the counter and they told me it expired two weeks ago so they couldn't match it. I told them I wasn't looking at dates on sale tags, just sale tags. They fought with me. I wasn't looking to fight. A manager came up and matched the price. Seriously terrible experience. I hate the way that cashier made me feel. I won't be back and I go to Walgreens a ton.

This place is awful, customer service is lacking, for some reason you hear all the employees complaining about the job and the store manager, it sounds like a bad workplace and horrible management. Not only that but it's outrageous for a store to be this messy.

Literally everything in this Walgreens costs twice as much as the same products found in HEB down street. I'm shocked every time I go here. I won't make the mistake again.

Wow, the pharmacy staff is so rude here. Just went through the drive-thru pharmacy (2nd attempt) and they are not only impatient they are unprofessional. The process of pre-paying via the app is admittedly clunky and glitchy. So I'm trying to pull up the code that's necessary for them to enter in order to process the transaction as prepaid. Well the app assigned one single code for two different prescriptions. So the rude pharmacy tech tells me the codes were emailed. They hadn't been emailed they were only visible via the app. In the process of me explaining she kept cutting me off and being curt. So I asked politely if you could give me a minute I can explain. The codes were never sent to me via email I have to pull them up in the app. So I pull up the info in the app and give her the code. She starts to dispense the prescription. When I indicate that's only one prescription she's like well you should have another code. I tell her I don't have another code it's the same code for both prescriptions. Again the app is glitchy. Rather than trying to troubleshoot or resolve the issue the pharmacy tech was being so impatient she was just going to try and make me leave without feeling my second prescription. So then I suggest trying the QR code. She reluctantly accepts my phone to scan the QR code and it works. No acknowledgment at all that she wasn't even trying to be helpful. Then my prescriptions are given to me and literally as I'm trying to say thank you and at least leave the interaction on a positive note they put up the sign and shut the window almost in my face. So rude! I can be hardcore when people are rude, impatient, and unprofessional. They essentially treated me like I had inconvenienced them for showing up to fill my prescriptions. Not cool. I'm going to transfer my prescriptions to CVS and never use this location again.

Please note I am really hopeful for this pharmacy! This is my pharmacy and I've had a rough experience the year I've lived in the neighborhood. I never get texts or calls when my prescription is ready and I have to wait a day or so for some of my maintenance pills. I've also experienced having to explain to one of the pharmacy staff members the differences in various Sudafed... I wanted a 4-6 hour sudafed from behind the counter and she said they weren't made like that... another customer came up and backed me up that they exist and then she called for help from a pharmacist and the pharmacist immediately pulled it from the shelf. I had other problems with this staff member not reading the computer correctly and telling me incorrect information that then would be corrected the next day by another staff member. Unfortunately, I had a few bad experiences with this staff member who was otherwise friendly. However, the pharmacy completely closed for a while and I was a customer at another location. My uneducated assumption (and hope) is the hiatus was to fix the problems, retrain staff and perhaps hire new people if necessary. I recently picked up my prescriptions and it wasn't chaotic. I am going to give them more time because I'm hopeful it will run smoother from now on. It's otherwise a good store. I like their products and cleanliness.

Pharmacy is closed and they have no idea when it will be open. No sign no explanation. That's not good management.

Tiffany is extremely helpful and a very sweet young lady. She is a great associate of Walgreens. They are extremely fortunate to have such a beautiful and HONORABLE and productive young woman working for Walgreens

This absolutely has got to be one of the best pharmacy departments I have ever seen. When the COVID first started and I went for a prescription they asked if there was anything else they could get from the store. Always fill a prescription so quickly I wonder if they have enough business. Once I had difficulty with insurance but the pharmacist took over the matter and resolved it. Always going beyond the minimal. Can't say enough good things about the pharmacy department here.

I usually have an exceptional experience at this particular location which I often shop at since I've lived in the neighborhood across the street from here for 15+ years... until this evening when an associate said I could be in the store but they wouldn't allow me to buy anything without a face mask on. I hadn't planned on stopping at any stores but I had one quick thing to grab and decided to run in real fast... I didn't think the face mask thing would be a big deal since there were 2 customers in the store the night before with no masks on. I was wrong. Now for me to be denied service during this pandemic when people are scared I can understand. BUT the attitude the associate had when speaking with me regarding the lack of mask and her expressing a great lack of concern "shrugging and saying oh well" when I told her fine I will go get my mask from home but will NOT be returning to this location, I can get my needed grocery item from the Texan Mart a couple blocks from there... was extremely unprofessional and she apparently dislikes her job. Explain to your customers that a mask is required, but use appropriate customer service skills when doing so. It's the customers that keep you employed. Management should retrain this particular associate.

I rarely review places such as convenience stores, grocery stores, gas station, etc but this man TURNER was absolutely above and beyond.
