Pharmacy employees were unable to clearly articulate new FDA guidelines for COVID-19 vaccines. The younger tech told my wife (verbatim) “because you’re young, you can’t like… I don’t know how to explain this” before giggling, shying away, and asking for help.
This is healthcare - not the ice cream parlor. If you can’t communicate professionally & clearly then you are in the wrong industry.

Came to this location a few times in the past months for passport photos. And every time they say their camera is down right now. This time she was very rude about it too!

After reading all the bad reviews, I was hesitant to pick up my prescription here… but I just came in, and it took me less than 2 minutes to get my meds. The pharmacy staff and store employees were absolutely amazing — they even made me laugh!
Just wanted to leave some support for the team working here and help balance out the negative ratings.
I will come back for my medications again.

Make sure that if you visit this Walgreens, it is your last resource.
I truly don’t understand how a business is allowed to run at this level of inefficiency and lack of customer care.
Don’t ever bother to call their pharmacy as they will place you on hold and keep you waiting until you decide to hang up, regardless of how many times you attempt to speak to someone.

This Walgreens did not run my insurance for my regular maintenance medication, lied about it, even after my insurance confirmed that they did not run my insurance. Instead admitting it and offering to reimburse, they are refusing to help. Now I have to fill out exhaustive, time-consuming paperwork just to clean up their mistake. Only go to this location if you enjoy a pharmacy that is either incompetent or deceptive and will go out of their way to not be helpful and put the customer last.

I’m a physician. I called in a prescription for a 30 day supply today. I had already spoken to a pharmacist on the phone. When I came to pick it up they said they only have a 5 day supply. They didn’t even have the decency to call me before i came to inform me. So unprofessional. Will not recommend anyone to use this pharmacy again.
