The pharmacy here is very poorly staffed, and maintained. There is a large sign in the drive-through that encourages you to use both lanes, however one lane has been broken for seemingly weeks.
When I brought this up to a pharmacist, he argued with me. I recognize this pharmacist from previous bad customer service experiences, I think he must hate his job the most of anyone I’ve ever seen, his name is Pete I hope you don’t have to interact with him

I made an appointment for 3 vaccinations, but when I arrived, they could not find my reservation or the paperwork I filled out online. And they were out of one of the vaccines.

Closes at whim. Stew hours say it's open but locked door and hand written note (see photo) say otherwise.

Got 2 prescriptions this past week on different days. Both of them were ready in about an hour after my Dr. sent them. I've always been impressed by their service.

I am not sure of the pharmacist name or if it is the same one. However, twice now I have had the pharmacist refuse to fill 2 different medications. 1st time the medicine was a sleeping pill zolpidem, he said he was not going to fill a 20mg prescription. I have taken this medicine for years same dose and my doctor and I discussed that the dose I am taking could cause drowsiness the next day. I said in my experience it never has, and he- being my doctor for years and still is agreed I should stay with the dosage I was on and use to for years. However, the pharmacist made the choice even after speaking with my doctor that he knows what dose is best for me and cancelled my prescription bc he was uncomfortable with the dose. The second medicine I don’t agree with the pharmacist decision but it does come w/ an addiction warning so I am not as angry about the pharmacist cancelling that med ( 1mg lorzapam) The pharmacist disagreed again with my same long time doctor writing both prescriptions for me that if needed I could take up to 4 a day. So he refused to fill that prescription as well. So tip if you are going to use Walgreens pharmacy at 2525 Anderson Rd Austin, call the pharmacist first and ask him what he thinks you should and should not be taking and the dosage amount. Then let your doctor who reviews your blood work and meets with you every 3 or 4 months, that the pharmacist who had never met you knows what your medication plan and dosage should be over them!!

Filled a high-demand prescription for me w/6hrs or so w/ which HEB could not. Pharmacy webpage is always super easy to use. I don't disagree with long lines in-store and drive through, but that seems to be an issue at many Walgreens. Carolina was very nice, thanks Walgreens!

The pharmacy manager, Eddie, is refusing to refill any ADHD medication, regardless of the prescription, if the doctor visit was not done in person. He refused to give me this in writing and said it was a personal choice.

Hours close at 8pm but I got there at 7:55pm the window was down. Store refused to help me to get my medicine I really needed the medicine. I am writing negative Google review and calling Walgreen headquarter. I might call Walgreens store manager as well. Oh and, Walgreen pharmacy in all other cities are open until midnight!

Couldn't be worse. This store has managed to send my Rx to several other cities OUTSIDE OF TEXAS, besides my address IN Austin, TX. I have tried numerous times to get Rx delivery, and it always fails. No one has been able to explain how or why, or what I can do to help them input the correct address. The store has a very high turnover and each time I have to work with a different manager. Hardly anyone there is ever friendly or helpful. No one there seems like they want to be there. A very strong recommendation to avoid this place. There are so many other pharmacies that should *accidentally* get things correct more frequently than this lousy Walgreens can. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Seriously, save yourself the headache. Avoid.

Walgreens Pharmacy is the only place that I would ever get my prescriptions filled. Excellent pharmacists, excellent technicians, and excellent staff. ?

This store is clearly a sign that customer service is dead in America. I hope you enjoy this runaround story - and it sounds like Walgreens is well on it's way to becoming the next BLOCKBUSTER.Store offers free delivery.My app shows Problem with delivery.Call store - they have no clue what is going on - and say go to webpage.Chat with web page agent - they say the cant see any private information and to call Corporate - I call corporate / web site help and they say - they cant tell what the issue is.Not only did I have to spend an exorbitant amount of my time THE CUSTOMER - their most valuable asset - but the situation remains unresolved.The entire Walgreens chain has recently undergone an overhaul where they fill your RX in a central location and send them out to the stores - so they dont have to keep PILL inventory in multiple locations... well this is the SXXTSTORM that results. Concentrating on PROFITS instead of CUSTOMER SERVICE. The staff I knew at this store - pharmacists that I've known for 15 years - GONE. RX Counter staff that I knew by name and they knew me - GONE. Lovely. You've just lost another customer!

Went in to get a prescription. A girl with long blonde hair told me prescription was ready and then told me they were closing and my insurance card was expired and I would have to pay cash. The card was not expired. I just quietly walked away. It was obvious she was ready to get outta there and customer satisfaction is not her priority. I had the prescription moved to CVS.

The store was remodeled and looks a lot better. Well lit and easy to get find what you are looking for. The pharmacists I have worked with over the years have always been very helpful. Another reviewer was surprised they ask for your address to pick up a prescription but I think that is just normal procedure at this point. I just tried the order online pick up and the order was ready in 15 minutes. Which reminds me I need something else!
