My partner was seeking a vaccine after losing immunity to an illness and the male pharmacist flat out rudely said "no," with no explanation, to adminitering the vaccine. He has been rude and verbally abusive to my partner, forcing us to get prescriptions filled elsewhere. Talking to this male pharmacist has immediately turned hostile many times, today (2/28/2025) happened around 7:45pm - it wasn'tthe worst one but the last straw. I called the pharmacy and a lovely woman answered the phone and gave a polite and efficient explanation of the situation, that was all that was ever needed and I appreciate her ability to stay professional and kind, even apologizing on his behalf.

I came here and had a good experience with Tyler in the pharmacy. He was patient friendly and helped me get what i needed quickly.

NEVER refill birth control medications with Walgreens, any Walgreens. I've always had issues with them filling the incorrect brand/generic and this location has been the worst of them. I didn't open my pharmacy bag until I got home, when I saw the incorrect medication was filled. I called them to see if I could bring it back and if they had the correct one, and they said I couldn't return anything that's left the pharmacy and they don't have the correct birth control I filled with them. If they don't have the medication you're requesting, they should contact you about this, but they don't. They just fill any random generic, regardless of potential side effects and don't tell you when you go to pick it up. I just wanted to be able to fill my correct prescription with HEB pharmacy down the street, and now I can't. I have endometriosis, so if this generic causes horrible side effects, as most birth controls do, I'm stuck without my endometriosis treatment for 3 months.

They close the pharmacy early after they said the order was going through I'm sorry it's going to be delayed on the order and the whole time they've been closed all day today December the 8th 2024 at all so if you have medicine that you need to get done today I hope you had a couple left because you might die tomorrow I told the manager about it he didn't give two s**** about it it was a Hispanic guy with glasses though he didn't care at all what type of pharmacy does not let the customers know that hey if you have a medicine that you have to have that will keep you alive we need you to get it transferred to a different location until we reopen didn't call the doctor's office they didn't call the emergency room didn't call nobody they decided hey we just not going to come in forget the customer forget the Grandma's forget the dad's forget the moms and dads forget the kids forget anybody that have to have this medicine to order to live that's the message Walgreens just sent out

I went for my prescription when I asked to make it a 30 day supply not a 90 day supply they said it would be ready in 30 minutes, now on their website it says another day but they had my 90 supply already ready for pick up so how can removing 60 pills take 3 days. This is ridiculous and after I get my prescription I will never return to this Walgreens
