Racist, Lazy are careless workers , all i needed was someone to help me get baby formula for my baby so i go ask a worker if they can help me because it’s locked , she proceeds to walk away and never came back , i just ended up leaving since i was just standing there the whole time , couldn’t even get a “yeah one sec i’ll be back” i understand your a base level employee not getting paid much but it is still a job 12/31/24

I’m a physician. I called in a prescription for a 30 day supply today. I had already spoken to a pharmacist on the phone. When I came to pick it up they said they only have a 5 day supply. They didn’t even have the decency to call me before i came to inform me. So unprofessional. Will not recommend anyone to use this pharmacy again.

I sat on hold for the pharmacy for 16 minutes, only to have someone pick up the phone and hang up on me. I called back and asked the automated system for a store manager, and she interrupted me three times, then hung up on me, too. (I only tried to say that I had been on hold and hung up on, and ask if there was a better way to contact the pharmacy. She literally would not let me finish one sentence.) This type of customer service is unacceptable. I hope corporate sees your reviews.

Never pick up the phone. Extremely long wait time. Pharmacists are pleasant but they are obviously not staffed appropriately to provide decent customer service.

I stopped by the Walgreens at 5600 S 1st St, Austin, TX 78745 this morning at 7:15 AM, expecting to be able to walk in. The store was still closed, even though their hours online clearly state they open at 7:00 AM.
I waited outside for 15 minutes, hoping someone would come to open the store, but no one showed up. I called the store, but the phone went straight to voicemail.
This is unacceptable!

Waited on the phone for an hour and only one person fell off the line for the phone. Clearly are not taking calls. Made during regular business hours.

This is the worse Walgreens ever! Never enough staff, slow, prescriptions are never ready. You have to come multiple time to pick up your prescriptions and stand in line because drive through is never open. Don't come here if you can avoid it!

Why is it so hard to get your medicines?? Reading the comments I found out.
Thanks God I don’t need these medicines for pain or something that serious. But I’ll find another pharmacy that can do the work before that possibility happens.

Rude manager! He was flirting with a woman at the photo area and my son asked if he knew the bathroom code. He said yes and then turned back to continue flirting with the woman. We stood there for another 2 minutes waiting for the code before leaving. VERY RUDE to not give a child who needs the bathroom code - an adult can hold it but children need to go when they get the urge

Avoid this pharmacy!!! They close randomly during pharmacy hours, putting signs on the window saying they are closed for the day during times they should be open. The drive through is sometimes open, and sometimes not during the hours it is supposed to be open.
I've also had them call us to let us know our prescriptions were ready, so we drive over to pick them up, and then in-person they say that they haven't actually been filled yet, so we will have to come back in x amount of time, or even worse, they don't have enough to fill it. Then why did your system call me to say prescriptions had been filled and are ready to pick up? Just avoid!!!
