Why is there only one clerk for this location that’s responsible for all departments? How cheap can Walgreens get? This clerk should be making more than any manager for the amount of work she’s doing. Walgreens used to be my one stop shop but this is just disgraceful

Victoria at the register was very helpful and provided wonderful customer service!!! Her attitude was infectious and made us smile. She is a great asset and Walgreens is lucky to have her!

DO NOT GIVE YOUR SSN AT THE REGISTER! ⚠️💳 Came in for a soda and they asked me to update my address for my myWalgreens profile (seemed typical). I then clicked through some screens about terms and conditions on the keypad quickly, just trying to get through the transaction. It then asked for my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER on the keypad. We asked why and he said it's applying us for a credit card, and that they're allowed to do this without verbally informing us because we had several screens to press "cancel" on.
I know many people shop here and won't know what they're reading on that small keypad, and will even type in their SSN -- because maybe myWalgreens is just verifying you're a real person! I imagine older folks fall for this plenty.
This is completely unethical and I'm so disappointed that Walgreens is taking advantage of people and their credit.

I had a absolutely terrible experience today, the shift lead was awful,( I recall the cashier calling her becca)
I went to pick up my husband's prescription and grab a few idems and she was following me from the freezers to cosmetics, as I was going to check out she told me to leave and not return, I'm not sure what her problem was so I paid for my idems and left, this wagreens has definitely become the worse walgreens I've been too, don't go here if you want to be poorly treated, this manager needs to rehire better staff, absolutely ugly to treat people that way. DONT SHOP HERE!!!

This walgreens is a absolute nightmare, the managers just let homeless people steal, the store staff is super rude on the phone and in person, don't expect to get a answer on the telephone you will be placed on a 2 plus hour hold if and when they do answer, I seen a needle sitting on the side of the building after I purchased the idems I needed, it's absolutely wild that management let these things occur, that needle is a danger to local children that might happen to come to this location.
KEEP A EYE ON YOUR IDEMS AND CHILDREN IF YOU DECIDE TO SHOP HERE!

It's hard to rate this store, but my rating is for the pharmacy. This walgreens used to be my favorite one. I could walk up, they would see me, go get my prescriptions and had them ready at the counter. The pharmacist is not personable and he seems like he doesn't care. I picked up a partial prescription because they did not have my full prescription. I used to receive a call when the rest came in and that no longer happens. I was told when I called, that I had a partial left and would not have to pay again, but when I got there he said I had to pay. They ran it as a new refill instead of filling the rest of my partial refill from before. I no longer will use this pharmacy because this is not the first time this pharmacist has done this.

Terrible service, ordering photographs took a week to deliver; Most of the workers are very lost, they do not know how to look for orders, and they treat customers poorly.
