So on the app it says I am due for refill. I request it. They say it is TO EARLY. Another prescription was picked up Thursday. On the app it says, again, it is to early??? These people should be door greeters at Walmart.....they have the IQ for it.

Unprofessional entitled staff at this Walgreens. No restrooms available and got mad when I asked about a restroom. Why have the sign up when it’s not public?

Trash pharmacy gave my prescription away within 24 hours of it being ready for ME to pick up . I was not aware of this new policy where you MUST pick up prescriptions within 48 hours or have your READY prescription given to someone else. I also never received a phone call or a warning. This was a routine refill handled in the most unprofessional way.

The Store Manager and like 10 other employees (front end and pharmacy) have been skimming money from the store and they were all just fired.
Thanks to them, this entire district now has to suffer for it. Changing the way we do our jobs.
Maybe if this company took care of it's employees then people wouldn't steal. Maybe if the district manager, Rollita Ariate, was an actual good human being/boss then the workers would be happier and not feel the need to put themselves in this position. This entire company is a joke, and thanks to the DM, Rollita, and Asset Protection manager, Diane Young, this district is by far the worst I've ever seen. It's absolutely insane what this company does.

They need a rear entry. Getting in from key directions is dicey during the day. The CVS up the street is equidistant to me, but it has much easier access from all directions but one.

Got my wisdom teeth out, they told me to go to my pharmacy ASAP to pick up pain meds. Went there and was told the meds wouldn't be available for THREE HOURS. I'm in an INSANE amount of pain, I HATE THIS WALGREENS OH MY GOD. You hqve to be KIDDING ME!!!!! How hard is it TO PICK OUT A COUPLE OF PILLS?!??

Very bad experience, I dropped a box on the floor, I picked it up to put it back in its place and there was a liquid spilled and I had contact with it. My hands started to turn white and they started to itch terribly. They provided me with bathroom service and I cleaned it as much as I could. But it still bothered me and it burned me when I filed the complaint with the manager, telling me that he has no knowledge and didn't even help me with first aid, very bad attention. You have to be careful. Those spilled chemicals don't pay attention

Very rude pharmacy staff. The girl at the counter acted annoyed the moment my husband walked up to the counter. I'm just out of a surgery and they refused to fill my prescription. Also, the building smells like urine badly.

Entrance is crazy hard to get to. No public restrooms despite big restrooms sign. Interior smells like urine. I'm bookmarking this place just to avoid it at all costs.

I hate to give 1 star just because there were no shopping carts to take to the car. We left right away, because we came here for bottled drinking water which is too heavy to carry.

Just yikes. Staff seems more focused on gossip than the customers. Panhandlers under the signs that say no panhandling. Just yikes.

Quite literally the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They are all incredibly rude in person and especially on the phone. They Said my prescription would be ready soon and when I went to pick it up 7 HOURS later it still wasn't ready.
