Walgreens are pretty much all the same, and this one is no different. On the plus side, this location also often has lots of sales of various products, especially right after holidays, and they carry fairlife milk, which is great because it’s a lot more convenient to get here than going to the grocery store. Fairlife milk, if you didn’t know what it is, is extra filtered milk, which will last for literally months in the refrigerator after it’s opened. Since I don’t drink much milk this is a big plus. On the minus side, sometimes their shelves are not fully stocked and there isn’t enough staff so there’s sometimes lines at the cash register that can be a little slow.

Rude woman at the front, I think she’s upset she’s working on Valentine’s Day

I went to this Walgreens to get passport photos and the photos they took did not meet State Department standards. They clearly didn't know what they were doing and charged me extra for a USB I did not ask for when I requested a digital copy (advertised as free). I got a full refund with no apology for the wasted time or offer to retake the photos. Do not go here for your passport photo needs.

Pharmacy Team is incredible. My doctor called In my script to Coscto Saturday. They never texted me that it was ready. I tried to go Sunday morning to grab it and totally forgot it was closed on Sundays. I have Covid brain fog at the moment. So I called my virtual dr team and asked them to resend it to this Walgreens instead. Pulled up to Walgreens an hour before they closed at 4pm and gentlemen at window told me unfortunately my insurance wouldn't cover it because it's technically filled at Coscto, I could pay out of pocket $1700 but of course he knew that wouldn't make sense. Gave me two options to call my insurance & request to move it to Walgreens or call Dr and ask them to electronically pull back the script. So I did both. My insurance company was closed on weekends, go figure. And my virtual doctor did not have the option to electronically pull it back, could only call and ask them to cancel but since they were closed, it didn't go through. So I sat in my truck frustrated, sick as a dog, crying in disbelief. Then the gentlemen at Walgreens told me he was going to try to help me with a coupon code. Gave him all my info over the phone and IT WORKED! I was so thankful and couldn't believe I actually got a break! Thank you for your amazing customer service!

It is a sad situation when a leading nationwide local Pharmacy is un familiar with Medicare regulations. My wife needed a prescription specifically , a vaccination, on May 16, 2024 at 10am. The pharmacy dept. mis informed my with and I, stating Medicare did not cover the prescribed vaccination. As a result we paid out of pocket $104 . I called Medicare and the clearly stated that it was covered. The pharmacy attendant stated we were wrong. Now we have to request a refund and complete the series of two more vaccinations with another provider. And submit for payment for a legitimate claim with Medicare. Allandale seniors be advised about this error on the part of Walgreens #11271

Warning!!! this place gave me wrong prescription medication. I showed my doctor and he said “what is this? I never prescribed this to you!” I was taking medicine and I got headaches from it. A freind showed me her prescription and we read the bottle with capsules inside of it.But NO milligram written on the bottle…this Walgreens is very unsafe. When I called addressing the issue I was yelled at and shamed. Scary place.

This is the Walgreens by my house. My new doctor for some reason chose to put my prescription up on Anderson Mill instead of Anderson Lane and sent the prescription in. So I went up there one time to pick it up. I get up to the Walgreens on Anderson Mill and even though it was called in the day before the prescription was not ready. So I told them to send it to the other Walgreens on Anderson Lane I would pick it up there. As I'm leaving the Walgreens on Anderson Mill I get a call saying my prescription is ready. So I go over to the Walgreens on Anderson Lane and they can't find it. They're saying it look like it was picked up twice. Then the woman finally tells me what they are going to have to call Blue Cross and Blue Shield. I'm not waiting around for the stuff I don't care what it is. They do a horrible job it doesn't matter what location it is you need to stay away from them. Go to CVS, go to Walmart go anywhere but Walgreens! And finally, when I called their 800 number to let them know what happened and really just want to close down my account, because I'm never going to go there again, they wanted me to wait 38 minutes to talk to somebody. They're just a horrible lousy company!

I came within the posted hours and the door was locked. An employee says “oh the person with the key isn’t here yet so we’re running late”. They should’ve been open an hour ago. This is crazy

I made an appointment for 3 vaccinations, but when I arrived, they could not find my reservation or the paperwork I filled out online. And they were out of one of the vaccines.

Closes at whim. Stew hours say it's open but locked door and hand written note (see photo) say otherwise.

Got 2 prescriptions this past week on different days. Both of them were ready in about an hour after my Dr. sent them. I've always been impressed by their service.

Very bad attention from their workers, sitting with headphones on watching videos and not attending to customers and they do not provide services like the photos because they do not have staff
