The pharmacy does not even have basic customer service skills. Not even the decency or courtesy to even tell you to “please hold” they just put you on hold for ages and keep looping you back in to their horrible hold music. This is what’s wrong with Walgreens and why the company’s in shambles. From the top down terrible.

Drove late evening being the only 24hr pharmacy. They were very busy however I still received friendly and attentive service from a wonderful pharmacist named Stacy. Thank you!

Every time I’ve come to this 24 hour Walgreens Pharmacy, whether I’ve gone through the drive-through or gone inside for my prescriptions I have been treated with respect, kindness, and compassion.I’m speaking about every different employee I’ve met working at this pharmacy location. I work two jobs, so that means I’m interacting across different shift times, and that this 24 hour pharmacy is helpful for me to be able to access my prescriptions at any time. I’m grateful for that. Sometimes, prescriptions take a while to be filled, but that scenario of things falling behind schedule can be applied anywhere you go. It’s life. I respect the individuals who work here. They all deserve praise in my opinion.

Incompentent pharmacists who joked and cheered while I wait in anxiety just so they can tell me that my prescriptions never arrived 20 minutes later. I understand that workers are human too, but in what job interview allowed such an unproffessional attitude? 20 minutes wasted when I could've been doing something more productive such as banging my head on a wall.
