Went to be store to purchase some meds and a bought a toy for my son. The cashier at the pharmacy did not no know how to ring up the coupon for the med, or correct price for the toy. She asked me to make two separate purchases instead asking manager for help to adjust the price. The manager finally came over after I went to front and got someone...she asked the cashier to adjust the price with override..yet she charged wrong amount to my card anyways. When I looked at receipt she has not adjusted as asked by manager and I had to go to photo area a see the manager again to get a 5 dollar adjustment from 15 down to 10 refunded. This Walgreens needs some betteer customer service and training in how to manage situations correctly while not causing the customer to have to double and triple check everything.

They never have your script ready and say there is a problem filling the script. They never answer the phone and if they do, they immediately hang up. I called when I was at the braker location to see why it takes so long to answer. It was because the phone keeps ringing and they ignored it.

Not sure what has happened to this location. This use to be a great location but not anymore. It’s painful to get in and out of here anymore.

This isn’t for the pharmacy here but the store itself. Literally every single time I go, there is a ridiculous line. There’s one person working. It’s extremely inefficient. I’ve been during the day, in the evening, week day, weekend, doesn’t matter. They should invest in some self checkout machines like CVS does.

I honestly don't believe the pharmacy wants any business. They're always short-staffed and the folks that are there have the customer service skills of a wet paper bag. Good luck getting someone on the phone; I can't tell you how many times I've called in, been immediately placed on hold, and then hung up on after a 15 min wait time. Definitely try another location if possible.

Could never get anyone to answer and my prescription had been back ordered for over a month. Called HEB and they had it ready same day. Transferred everything over there.

I have given them so many chances but this was my last awful encounter, I’m switching pharmacies. I called and was on hold for 1.25 hours, I called the store on the other line, was told I would be transferred, waited 7 mins and was hung up on. Still on hold with the pharmacy on the other line. Called back the store to be told oh, sorry we’re doing an audit and all hands on deck! I asked, someone can’t pick up the phone and say that? The assistant manager says nope but I can look you up now.
That is insane to me! Thank you for truly wasting 1.5 hours of my work day! The customer service is nonexistent.

I was on hold with the pharmacy for a hour and 20 minutes only to hear a person say thank you for calling please hold.... this is with No other calls ahead of me or anything very strange.

The oral b battery operated toothbrush that they got for 8 bucks makes a very poor homade automatic lock pick.. but if you know what you're doing, you'll be modified to open some easy locks quick. For the price makes a great throwaway a electric toothbrush too... I highly recommend.

My Rx has been "in progress" for weeks, tried calling and was on hold for over an hour. Called the Duval location and got someone on the phone within 5 minutes to transfer it. Little inconvenient, but not as inconvenient as not knowing what is going on with my medicine or if it will ever be ready.

They say something is free
BUT ITS NOT THEY TELL TELL YOU TO PAY CASH COPAY AND YOUR INSURANCE GIVES IT BACK
BULLSHIT
