This place isn't very customer friendly nor do they give a damn about your time.. The snobby long black or brown hair chick could give damn about your needs.. They texted me yesterday saying my prescription was ready for pick up I get there and was told that it would be ready In a 30 minutes...So I switched to CVS I refuse to do business with these people...Be aware.

There are 4 or so Walgreens in this area. This one has the absolute worst customer service. Just pick another one. It’s less then 5 minutes away

ladies beware of the man who has a long brown ponytail. i moved to the area a year ago and ended up frequenting this walgreens a lot when i first moved here and i don't think there's been one time i've been in that this man hasn't complimented me. nothing is wrong with a compliment here and there but being told over a dozen times by the same guy "i like your hair" it gets uncomfortable after a while. one time i came in wearing a cute outfit and makeup just running in to grab a snack with my roommate, homie sees me from down the drink isle and b-lines it to me with his stocking cart and immediately went in. "i love your hair, i love your makeup, i love you're outfit, it's all (hand gestures to my person) perfection" well that was uncomfortable! he's also compliment bombed my roommate before at checkout "i like your hair, i like your piercing, i like your other piercing, i like your makeup" the energy was so uncomfortable and he was holding up the line. at this point a guy in line behind us said "i hope you compliment all of us like that" not a chuckle from ponytail dude. all that is context to bring me to today. i walk in after not coming in for months to avoid this dude but i picked up some domino's next door and wanted a drink. i see a girl at checkout and feel relief until i see ponytail dude stocking in an isle and think "here we go again". i grab my drink and walk to the counter. mind you when i came in the girl at check out had about 3 dudes in line, ponytail guy no where to be seen, but when i walk up as she is literally finishing up checking out the only person in her line i hear "i got you over here" from behind it was ponytail guy ofcourse. he complements my hair and i say thank you while avoiding eye contact i wasn't rude but i'm just tired of feeling on edge in this walgreens. on the other hand a while back i talked to the manager about something unrelated and he was amazing when i saw him he had short light brown hair and blue eyes. he was very kind and so helpful i hope he's still around and i hope ponytail guy gets a lesson about when and where complementing people like that is appropriate.

I was told that my rx was ready. I sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes patiently only to find out they’re out of stock of my rx. Thanks for my wasted time, gas, and energy.

The Titanic is sinking, and the Captain is desperately throwing people off the deck as though it'll help right the ship. Something like 6-8 people have left within the past few weeks alone, after either quitting or being thrown under the bus by management. This includes many good, hardworking, and long time employees I knew well, who any half competent retail manager would have clung to with all their might. The only employee that seems like they're going to stick around until the store gets closed for good is a half senile lady who was abusive to me and many other former, and I presume current staff.Hi, Jayai! It's been fun watching your store fall apart ❤️

Came in for some essentials today and needed to use the restroom. Absolute nightmare! The tissue dispenser was completely empty. There were little blonde hair curls all over the floor. There looks to be a bra or panties under the sink (didn’t get close enough to look). Then, there was a hairnet blowing around on the floor. When I opened the door, the hairnet blew out and landed on a passing-by employee who screamed and said “Ew! I thought it was a rat!”As a health facility, it is your duty to keep facilities clean for patients and customers. This looked like a crime scene. I hope you step it up. Even though I work in the area, I will go to another Walgreens location in the future. Nasty.

Relatively helpful staff though if you stand in one place too long inside the store one of the employees will automatically come to the aisle you're on and pretend to start putting things up or looking for something right next to you trying to figure out what you're doing. Almost funny because I knew what was happening as soon as the guy entered the aisle with me. I was there for work to do an audit and this man decided he just had to see what I was doing and not only was he being super intrusive there were other customers in the store coming my direction who were doing the same thing. I hate to say it but while most of staff here is very friendly and pretty knowledgeable about the products they have in stock they don't either don't care or don't have the know-how to help prevent people from being harassed in the store by other employees or by other nosy customers who have no business being in my business. I have never stolen anything from this Walgreens or any other Walgreens and to have an employee basically follow me around like I was a thief and to have other customers nosing around everything I was doing by trying to look at the screen on my phone, trying to look over my shoulder the basket that I didn't even have, or leaning over my scooter knocking it down to the ground repetitively pretending like they're sorry when they're not is it insulting and quite frankly above and beyond the rude level. I might have blue hair and I might drive a Segway instead of a car but that's certainly does not make me a criminal of any kind and so I was highly unappreciative of the entourage. But don't worry next time I see any of those people at store I'm inside of that's not their place of business I will happily do the same for them. I probably will never go to this Walgreens again due to what happened tonight and I cannot recommend it to anyone unless you are a big bargain shopper because they do have a ton of orange stickers all over the shelves so they've got tons of sales and I think that's the only good thing I can really come up with for this Walgreens location.

Absolutely disgusting. All of the cleaning products on the floor were covered in a sticky substance that got all over my hands, and the curly haired 'supervisor' and staff working at 01:30am on 3/27/2023 refused to let me use the sink to wash the potentially toxic substance off because the bathroom was 'closed', causing a potential health issue they could have been legally liable for. I had no choice but to walk in and use it anyway despite them telling me I couldn't. Then they said I want allowed there anymore. Staff was not just rude, but malicious. Believe all the negative reviews.

My review is based off coming here very late at night for some medical supplies after I lacerated my lip. I tried going to the 24/7 Walgreens on research first bc they are closest to my home but their doors were locked (when they shouldn't have been)??? So this was the next closest one. We called before hand to confirm hours and thankfully someone answered and confirmed they were open. Got there around 2:45am-ish, grabbed the supplies needed (kudos for having a laceration wound kit! Very helpful), paid, and left. Easy in and out. No complaints. Thanks!

Should be zero stars. No way meeting the standard of care. Consumer complaints Walgreens 1-800 Walgreens. It is hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I have filed a formal complaint with Walgreens upper management. Urgent meds not in stock for days including authorized pain Rx,rescue asthma meds some mainline antibiotics and other meds needed the day ordered. No offer to do a city system search for a drug and even if 25 miles away they have delivery. Further the pharmacist today claimed it was illegal for her to print my record offline for 2022 income tax purposes although it had been released by 7 doctors and another pharmacy today. Then all week I have been trying to get essential asthma meds transferred from Walgreens and filled. 5 calls by my insurance. The last call today the pharmacist said she would not transfer the orders, again my legal right and demanded that my doctor a critical care pulmonologist stop his ICU work and call in the order to the new pharmacy. She then hung up mid conversation with health insurance. Next stop report to pharmacy regulatory boards of Texas and the Joint Commissin
