Terrible awful I will never visit this location ever again. I was declined to be able to use the bathroom and I was pregnant and I was having a lot of pain in my bladder and the lady said that I couldn’t use the bathroom, which is ridiculous if the store is 24 hours, I should be allowed to be able to use the bathroom whenever I need to no exceptions will never come here again.

Normally like this store, especially for photos, but trying to get allergy medication was an irritating experience. Everything is locked up (despite Walgreens CEO recently admitting that this policy has been hurting sales - i.e. this experience), and I waited five minutes after hitting the call help button for someone to unlock it. Finally, someone came only to tell me ‘the person with the keys is busy, so would you mind waiting a bit?’ Waited five more minutes and eventually gave up and checked out without the medicine. All the staff I spoke to were kind, but the lack of urgency to assist a customer was frustrating. Not sure whose fault that is specifically, but still. It shouldn’t be a hassle to pick up meds that I can get at HEB without issue.

Not really sure what is up with the customer service from the older staff, but he really needs to do better. I came in and made eye contact with this older white gentleman twice and he never said hello to me. But when a white male came in, he made sure he spoke to him. So ridiculous and sad. The only person that said hello, was the younger dark haired girl while at checkout.

Pharmacy has messed up my order almost every time I come. Past visit they gave me a 30 day supply and when I went to refill it insurance said it was too early. They’d filled 90 days but had only given me 30 days. After 45 min of trying to resolve it (which included them telling me they had no record of me even picking up the initial 30 days), they found the rest on the shelf. When I asked how to prevent this from happening again, the MANAGER condescendingly told me I should count the pills and make sure I have the correct prescription before I leave…baffled that the manager is telling me he nor his staff can be trusted to do their job…

I have been printing photos regularly at this place for over a year because I like the colors and the quality. But on several occasions they have made me lose material, time and money due to the poor work of the photography staff. When the photo is not marked due to poor handling, it is cut out of size and after laminating it cold and mounting it on the background material, I realize that it was cut very poorly. Bad work by the photography and printing staff.

Went for multiple vaccines so it was already stressful. Then got to deal with Alexandria in the pharmacy. Super rude and wouldn't even look at me, I wondered what I had done, then got to see her treat the next customer just as rude with no eye contact with short responses. Perhaps she shouldn't be dealing with people if she doesn't care for even giving them eye contact when speaking to them.

This is a 2 star review as this not 24 hr store. I called the phone and did not tell me the store was closed. As most automated systems will tell you when you call. I drove thru major construction in the middle of the night. And the were off inside. Google said it was open 24hrs. And it isn't. The 2 stars is because the phone system did not say they were closed.

Hours are a lie. They state they are open 24 hours. Even google says the business updated the hours 2 weeks ago and they are still wrong. They close at midnight on all days of the week

why does this location always close early? Google says 24 hours and the door says midnight. They are never open until midnight.

Your normal cashiers are fantastic. Your pharmacist is unhelpful and rude. As someone who worked as a pharmacy technician for years I was incredibly unimpressed with his dismissiveness of my questions.

Both Google Maps and the Walgreen’s site list this as being open 24 hours but they shutdown at midnight. Only one in a large area listed as being 24 hours so this is kind of a problem.

There was a small lady and a big guy behind the counter. The guy was on his phone and he was sitting on the actual counter. Didn't acknowledge us at all. The small lady waved us over to him. I asked for a pack of cigarettes and then he held the scanner gun over our items like it was our job to turn them so that he could see the barcodes. Left wondering what the hell this guy's problem was. Realized after we left that we didn't have the cigarettes so I drove back and the girl said she found them next to the register behind where he was sitting. Dude needs to take his job a little more seriously

I would give 0 stars if I could. They can't keep it open at night as advertised, the store is disheveled, and the employees are not helpful.
