This Walgreens and its employees have issues. Pharmacy is disorganized, rude, and incompetent. The evening checkout staff have attitude just to do their JOB.
Customer service is non existent. Get it together.

The Store Manager is very rude and disrespectful! He called my wife asking why she gave the store a bad review and instead of fixing the problem he spoke very rude to her. We called the corporation and we hope that Walgreens is taking care about this!

This was the first time in 3 years I have been able to have a pharmacy team help me with a medication not covered by insurance using a simple manufacturer coupon so smoothly. I was able to put the request in, have the medication ordered, arrive and pick up with ease. The pick up process with applying the coupon took 5 minutes. I will never be going back to CVS which was a total nightmare.

Check the expiry date of your items if buy stuff here. They try to sell expired items if you buy curbside delivery.

I hate to leave even one star! Absolutely the worst pharmacy in my 66 years on this planet. No communication whatsoever, you have to call them to check on your prescription. It can take them over a week to fill your prescription without so much as a courtesy call or text. Don't risk your health or the health of your loved ones, drive a little further down the road to the next Walgreens.

Pharmacy only:The level of incompetency and total lack of empathy by the pharmacy staff is frankly scary. I've seen serial killers who do a better job at trying to help people than the miscreants Walgreen's employs at this location.They make it feel like you are bothering them for making them do their jobs, which makes one wonder why they bothered taking all the training they must have slept through. Getting prescriptions at this location requires a giant effort and forget about helpfulness in your time of need!There's an HEB and CVS across the street, where actual humans with actual sensibilities work. Take your business there and save yourself some grief.

Insurance changed. Switched pharmacies. Never frequented this chain before; pharmacy staff at this location was helpful, professional and efficient.

I've seen serial killers who do a better job at trying to help people than the miscreants Walgreen's employs at this location.They cancel orders without notifying anyone. If you order delivery, they change it to pick up only without notifying anyone. They don't even offer condolences for their screw ups. They make it feel like you are bothering them for making them do their jobs, which makes one wonder why they bothered taking all the training they must have slept through.I take medicine to literally stay alive, but this location simply doesn't want to provide it without making me go through a giant effort and getting my RX cancelled multiple times because if their own issues.There's an HEB and CVS across the street, where actual humans with actual sensibilities work. Take your business there and save yourself some grief.

A female named Alex gave me such great service. Promote her.....!!!!! Lol.... This woman was so unkind to me for no reason I just decided to give you 5 stars anyway.. I already talked to the manager who apologized for her not much else you can do. Enjoy your weekend. I love this store and people so I got nothing else bad to say great people and location usually.

Very rude and disrespectful service 10/29/22 12:30pm at the pharmacy instead of being helpful and explaining that I was put on a discount when I provided GoodRx card which was more than supposedly Walgreens discount. I was given a price and I thought it was the total for my purchase the pharmacist snapped and said it was for one med. I informed I was just asking because when someone states "your total is" one would assume it's for the total purchase. I would never go to this Walgreens again. I'm in the area on a work assignment and wanted my Rx sent to a national chain, what a mistake with Walgreens. I'm forced to give it a one because it won't allow a post with a rating.
