Terrible experience with Walgreens pharmacy. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Instead of assisting me with my insurance issue, they kept telling me to figure it out on my own. Zero communication, zero professionalism. I ended up transferring my prescription to another pharmacy that handled everything quickly and kindly. I won’t be coming back.

The pharmacy staff at this Walgreens location is super helpful, patient and attentive w my prescriptions needs . I really appreciate their warm and personal approach. Lynn at the pharmacy drive thru is always attentive, efficient and very patient and caring when I come pick meds. Thanks , there few places like that these days. I highly recommend this pharmacy .

Would not go back to this location. This is the second issue I’ve had with them during my pregnancy with prescriptions and it’s absolutely ridiculous. 1st time I had to do their job and call my insurance to see if they covered 100% of it. Second time they wanted to charge me again for a refill that they messed up on in the first place.

Chris was very welcoming, cheerful, & kind. He greeted me as soon as I walked in and he helped me find the restrooms. Walgreens needs more employees like him!

It's an average walgreens nothing really different. I would say the curly hair section is disappointing. Other than that the staff is friendly.

Kailey was really helpful. Medication and the red tape can be super frustrating. You can tell when people are willing to try, not just put on a show. Dealing with sick people all day who are grumpy and waiting in line is rough. Keeping a smile is hard, but being extra helpful is hardest. Appreciate the effort!

The manager of the pharmacy, Victoria, was very kind and super helpful with trying to find a coupon/discount for my brother’s expensive prescription. She took her time and didn’t make us feel rushed. I have not been to a pharmacy where I can say they cared about and took the initiative to help us like so. Thank you, Victoria.

i've gone to this pharmacy for years because it's the closest one to me, and they've never been particularly great (except the one wonderful Indian woman who is incredibly good with giving vaccines especially to children), but the convenience in proximity and being able to manage my prescriptions online made up the difference. lately it's been worse than ever. i'm always treated poorly when i go in to pick up my medication (a lot of eye rolling, interruption, pharmacist slamming things down, not looking at me or giving any semblance of customer service), and recently was told (VERY rudely) that one of my meds was out of stock at the manufacturer level and when i asked about my options, the lady i was speaking with on the phone audibly huffed at me and told me she didn't know and to contact my provider (which is stupid because how would my provider know vendor and manufacturer stock???). this was monday. at the time i asked them if they could hold another medication that they had filled until today end of day as i'm disabled and cannot drive (i was waiting for both medications to come in to pick up together since i have to find transportation), and she said they would and that she would make a note. i go up there today in the morning and the person at the register was incredibly rude, when i told her that i was picking up a medicine she snapped that it was out of stock before even asking for any clarification, so i was like no, there's another one that should be up here and gave her the name of it. she kept interrupting me and was talking over me when i was giving her my date of birth. she confirmed someone must have put it back and told me it would be twenty minutes wait to have it filled again- but my ride needed to be back at work so i couldn't stay (it's why i SPECIFICALLY called and made SURE i could get it held and made SURE it would be there). when i asked if she could get it mailed to me she continued to interrupt me and talk over me, rapid fire listing multiple prices and it was incredibly stressful. the pharmacist who has always been incredibly rude and nasty to me (middle aged woman with blondish hair and tanned skin) was just standing in the back area staring instead of stepping in to help. but this doesn't surprise me because she's always been incredibly mean and nasty, her bad attitude seeps out into the rest of the staff it seems. i've just had it with this location. i'm going to contact my providers and switch any remaining meds i had at this location to different ones. the wait at people's pharmacy may be slightly longer for some meds, but at least they are kind and compassionate when dealing with customers. if you're wondering about whether or not to get your meds filled here, DONT!!! you will get treated poorly and get yanked around with no regard to your time or finances. there are a ton of better options, walgreens is no longer worth it (especially not this location).
ETA: so after telling the lady at the counter i didn't want to deal with her anymore and that i was going to leave and to not worry about filling my Rx at walgreens, i get a notification that my prescription was ready... a prescription i made very clear i wasn't going to be able (or at that point willing) to pick up in store because of their incompetence. how does this make sense???? why add insult to injury when ive made it clear i cannot reliably get up there and couldn't wait??? the sheer disrespect and incompetence, i swear.......

I’ve used this location for 23 years. They used to have excellent, efficient, and pleasant pharmacy techs. Then they hired this incredibly rude tech who acts like he is inconvenienced by having to do his job. I think he drove off the good staff because I only ever seem to see him and another new guy (who is polite, but seems to still be learning the job).
They messed up big time last week - submitting a claim to my insurance company for the prescription they repeatedly told me they couldn’t fill until my doctor’s office authorized it (my doctor had authorized it TWICE). The pharmacy techs refused to engage to resolve the problem (the rude cut me off mid sentence, the other one couldn’t understand what the problem was). It took my insurance company calling for Walgreens to take an interest in the matter.
It took 4 days, 9 phone calls, and four trips to the pharmacy to get my medication. Shame on them.

Pharmacy seems to be an issue here. Not suprised walgreens wants to understaff to save $. I called yesterday to see if they had my medicine in stock. Pharmacy tech said they did ( 28 of the 30 pills needed but I was okay with that). I transferred over my prescription, then Pharmacy called and said they don't have it, and my provider has to transfer it. Meanwhile I hear another tech in the background complaining about having to look. My guess is they didn't want to do it. So I will no loger due business here.

I've gotten my prescriptions at this location for 23 years and I love the pharmacists, but Walgreens recently seems to have replaced the pleasant, highly competent women who worked as techs with a mean little guy who acts like doing his job is beneath him. This guy is so rude I pray he isn't working when I come to pick up my medication. His attitude was most disturbing last week. It took a full week to get my latest refill at this pharmacy. The prescription needed to be reauthorized which normally takes a day. When I didn't hear from Walgreens regarding status of this process, I called my doctor's office to ask them to expedite the prescription refill, and they said they sent in the authorization. Pharmacy techs repeatedly stated that they were seeking physician approval - and refused to look into the matter when I offered to show them communication from my doctor's office stating that they had sent the approval. Their attitude was the customer is always WRONG. After days of this nonsense, I called my insurance company to look into the issue, and they discovered that the pharmacy had submitted a claim to them for filling the prescription, without having done so. (Which I have to wonder if that's insurance fraud). The insurance customer service representative had to call the Walgreens to break the deadlock. This was on day four, 2 days after I ran out of medication. They promised to have the RX ready within 3 hours. THEN the pharmacy lost power and closed, unscheduled, for several hours. No way to contact them. When I finally got to the pharmacy counter to pick up my medication, and mentioned that they had messed up, the dreadful pharmacy tech came unglued, asking the pharmacist to do his job (She was busy doing her job). Walgreens, if you are reading this, it's the bald guy.
