I've gotten my prescriptions at this location for 23 years and I love the pharmacists, but Walgreens recently seems to have replaced the pleasant, highly competent women who worked as techs with a mean little guy who acts like doing his job is beneath him. This guy is so rude I pray he isn't working when I come to pick up my medication. His attitude was most disturbing last week. It took a full week to get my latest refill at this pharmacy. The prescription needed to be reauthorized which normally takes a day. When I didn't hear from Walgreens regarding status of this process, I called my doctor's office to ask them to expedite the prescription refill, and they said they sent in the authorization. Pharmacy techs repeatedly stated that they were seeking physician approval - and refused to look into the matter when I offered to show them communication from my doctor's office stating that they had sent the approval. Their attitude was the customer is always WRONG. After days of this nonsense, I called my insurance company to look into the issue, and they discovered that the pharmacy had submitted a claim to them for filling the prescription, without having done so. (Which I have to wonder if that's insurance fraud). The insurance customer service representative had to call the Walgreens to break the deadlock. This was on day four, 2 days after I ran out of medication. They promised to have the RX ready within 3 hours. THEN the pharmacy lost power and closed, unscheduled, for several hours. No way to contact them. When I finally got to the pharmacy counter to pick up my medication, and mentioned that they had messed up, the dreadful pharmacy tech came unglued, asking the pharmacist to do his job (She was busy doing her job). Walgreens, if you are reading this, it's the bald guy.

I'm giving them at least one star since I've never walked into this location however, we tried to have a prescription refilled and the lady in the Pharmacy with the accent was so extremely rude. She didn't have time to talk to us, she let us know she had other patients and to call her back so that she could look to see if we even had a prescription. She was very rude and I will NEVER go to this Walgreen location again.

I give it a star because I have to. Walgreens on wells branch and mopac is the worst. you never get your pills on time, they fight with you when the Doc puts early release. I had one nasty lady who says she's the manager actually call my Doctor and told her she couldn't fill it because it was to early. One girl said ok she will fill it and the other lady said no. she told me they didn't have they pills which was a lie because the girl already said she would fill it. they are very rude especially the bald guy who works in the pharmacy. I have so many bad things to say about them there's not enough space. why do I keep going there? I'm handicapped and can't drive. it's close to my house so I send my son there who does not put up with there condescending bullshit. do not go here. go down the street to heb or cvs. I've started switching to Heb. I have 15 to transfer.

Walked in and asked an employee nearby where a certain product was and she raised her voice (seeming annoyed) and was quite rude.

Employees are nice and decent people but the pharmacy has consistently been slow /backed up. If you need a prescription with an urgency it's best to send it to literally any other Walgreens in this area.Switched recently but made the mistake of letting my doctor send my prescriptions to the closer location.Been 1st in line waiting for someone to pickup the phone for an hour.They said my prescriptions would be ready at 2 and they have not even been processed even though this prescription was sent yesterday!

Have been trying to understand why my monthly birth control prescription has Still Not been filled since 7/22. Well, I finally asked a friend who works at different location to check on it for me. Because I keep being told it will fill when insurance ready. Well come to find out the Auto Fill function had not carried over from the previous script to this new one. So of Course it's Not going to be filled when Ins ready time because it was never put back on Auto Order with the new script.

Been asking this location to put my medications on auto fill for months. I was told yes every single time, just called today asking why my prescription hasn’t been refilled and they told me it wasn’t on auto fill. Next time I’m taking names. This is just laziness at its finest. If you can’t do your job just say so.

The printer is down in the photo department, but there are no signs up and no employee stopped to inform us as we worked on an order for 2 hours at the in-store kiosk.

Very upset. Pregnant and sick so I had my OB send in a medication for me to pick up near me early in the morning at the pharmacy. I have gotten nothing from them all day and decided to call after I woke up and they never let me know that they don't accept my insurance. That would have been fine If they would have let me know so I could get it from somewhere else but it's too late in the day now.
