I transferred to this location from Wells Branch/ Dessau due to the convenience of it being on the way after work. Know that your average call times are 15 minutes, as shown in my call log. I've had a few instances of calling and being on hold for 10+ minutes, only for the call to be magically disconnected. Called back, waited 10+ minutes again, call was answered by the annoyed tech. She was short in her responses and didn't bother to say bye before hanging up. I've experienced nothing but delays in rx refills and long wait times at pick up.
It is NOT worth the hassle. After this refill, I'll be going back to my old location.

Nice employees, good sales, clean inside. I only stop by during the day, before 3pm. Based on other reviews I've seen, that's probably the best time to go

Says it's open until 12am . Not true it's 11pm closed. I don't need to contact the store owner. This is for the rest of the world to see that fake hours are put up by Walgreens so they avoid going when they think it's going to be open.

All massive chain pharmacies are pretty terrible and this pharmacy is the worst of the worst. They close for lunch even earlier then when they say they will, phone wait times are consistently 45 minutes plus, and they are generally incompetent. Told me they didn’t have the Rx on file I needed to transfer after holding for 45 minutes, then I call back and suddenly they have it. Walgreens needs a technology overhaul and to hire more stuff. Awful, just awful.

When I was picking up the prescription at the pharmacy, the cashier in blue uniform was acting very reluctantly. When I asked to speak up because I couldn’t hear him, he slammed the prescriptions at me and yelled: HERE is Your Prescription!
I don’t know his name, it’s Sunday afternoon. I think the manage should talk to him about his attitude.

New Update - Stood and waited in line at the register while the employees talked about a baby shower...
45 min wait and it took like 20 min just to find my prescription. This review needs negative stars if possible.

No help at all! Called in to the pharmacy I can’t get my medication in until Monday I asked if there’s another Walgreens that may has it she said I would have to call around and ask… you expect me to wait 20 min for each store to answer, because that’s how long it took you to answer my call and see if they have my medication available when you can easily look it up in your system and les than 2 min let me know if another store has it available. Bad customer service I will no longer go to Walgreens pharmacy CVS will be the one because last time I had to pick up a proscription for my son and that they didn’t have but they checked other stores for me, I didn’t have to asked and told me what store I could get it from.

3.3.23 night shift only has 1 person operating the entire building & they are of course up at the front checking out so there is no one to help you reach the personal items that are locked up. Instead, they will tell you to come to the register , in front of everyone , to ask you what you need so you're not only embarrassed but you also will still have to wait. If I could give zero stars for failure to meet customer service basics I would.

There is an older lady named Amanda who is in incredibly rude and passive aggressive. Definitely not someone who should be working in a customer service job!
