Employee was too busy on their phone to check out my items. Stood 4 feet away from the register with no headphones/earphones.

The employees of this organization are very unprofessional, to put it mildly, They are terrible and very rude. They are not interested in selling the goods at all, it is not their fault. Most likely, it is the management's fault, since they recruit employees, since they set the salary. These people are just pawns and very bad pawns. Anyone who comes here does not respect themselves.

I really like this pharmacy, all the technicians are friendly and helpful in getting your prescriptions! The rest of the store is also very friendly and helpful as an associate helped me find what I was looking for. This store I rate a 10 out 10!

You know why I like capitalism because when you have horrendous experiences at one pharmacy like this Wallgreens on Metric you can simply go across the street to CVS and support their business. Take a long look at your staff, this ain’t it. Worst customer care in Austin.

To preface, I am a person with extreme anxiety and keep to myself for the most part. I've been coming to this location ever since I moved here in 2019 since it's right down the street from my house. When my partner has my car I use my electric scooter to frequent the Walgreens and or the surrounding little shops. Every time that I have entered this Walgreens I turn off my scooter and I roll it quietly next to me as I get my thing and I go. I have never felt unwelcomed about it until today. I've even in the past have people complimenting my scooter and the stickers that are on it and no one has taken issue. Today I was having an awful day. Awful days for me are really bad. I came in earlier today as usual, Got a few things, strolled around for a little while in the store with no issue. I went home. Did my thing. I just now decided to go back there to get myself a treat because I had been feeling so bad. When I walked in it was fine and normal. I gave a polite smile and I was about to head to the aisle I was going to. Then there was a lady at the photo counter who stopped helping a customer and shouted across the store that I can't bring it in here. I am now on the spot and everyone is looking at me. I try to tell her that I've been coming here for years and it's never been an issue and I was trying to be as nice as possible and I wasn't trying to step on any toes. She wasn't going to hear me out and that's okay. I'm okay with being told that they're enforcing a certain rule now, but I feel like I was put on the spot and it was very terrifying and then she approached me and touched my hand and it scared me more and then I started to go into a panic attack a little bit, I kept apologizing but she wouldn't stop closing the space in between us. I could tell that she wanted to help but all she was doing was making it worse I told her my partner usually does the talking and that I was sorry and then she and then she said please don't have a breakdown. Like I have control of it. And she asked if she could have me call my partner and I told her no, i don't have my phone with me. Now everyone in the store was seeing me violently shake with anxiety and I could barely breathe. I told her I was scared of it being stolen. She then then told her coworker to watch my scooter at the door while I was inside. I told her that was fine but I just wanted to get out. I tried to calm myself in the aisles but I just couldn't bear to talk to anybody after that happening. I couldn't look at anyone in the eye. The way she initially spoke to me scared me so much because she was loud and she kept saying sir you can't bring that in the store like repeatedly as I was trying to politely tell her I really need it with me and it's been ok since like 2019.
I know she wasn't trying to be malicious and I know that this is over the top but remember I literally have really really bad anxiety that I take medicine for. I live right down the street and I'm going to be coming back. It's inevitable because I live here. And I come here all the time. I ended up walking out without buying anything because I was too anxious. And now I'm scared that they're going to just see me as a weird customer.

Don't go to this pharmacy if you're looking for customer service. They are always incredibly slow, often leaving you at the counter unacknowledged for 10+ min. I've had RX refilled incorrectly & today, I arrived at 1:29 & was told by the attendant standing at the window that they could not service me, as they *had* to close for lunch. While I understand the need for a lunch break, I had just spoken to them on the phone 15min prior & they had told me my RX would be ready in 15min. I will be moving my business elsewhere.

Pharmacy techs are lovely and they always have my medication in stock even when others say they are having a hard time procuring certain drugs.

I went at 11 PM for printing documents and the employee said it’s closing time and when I mentioned that store closes at 12 AM he said we close at 11 even though the official store time is 12 AM
