It’s a Walgreens. You know exactly what it’s gonna be like inside. This one does not have one of those small medical clinics just inside the front door that some of them have but it does of course have a pharmacy with vaccinations as well as snacks, drinks, cosmetics, a smattering of household items, school supplies, and a photo counter.

The service from the pharmacy is terrible. I have pneumonia and needed a nebulizer. The pharmacy told me they didn’t have one. The app showed they have several over the counter. I spent 15 min on hold, then the pharmacy tech came back and told me she couldn’t find one. I went to the store and there were several options on the shelf AND on the pharmacy shelf. The tech laughed.

Great customer service! Josh (the manager) was able to help us out with our holiday card order and honor a discount code which helped save us on our purchase. He was friendly, patient and a good listener. Super grateful for such service in this busy holiday season.

This Walgreens is a scam
I looked up the product online and it was $14 at this store, once I arrived, the same product in the store was $16. I showed the cashier and she wouldn't do anything. She said that I would have to order it online and do curbside pickup. What an absolute scam. I will not be returning.

I used the Walgreens (Amherst store, austin TX) photo printing services remotely from home, and although the photos were cropped automatically by the printing machine, the manager Jordan, explained that I should use the EDIT and PRINT TO FIT options, available in the store kiosk. Next day I showed up with my e-photos and although he guided me through the process, and I obtained perfect photos. Jordan is exemplary when it comes to ensure customer satisfaction.

I usually never have problems shopping here. It's a pretty average Walgreens experience. The store is clean and everything is organized and stocked. They are always low on staff, but who isn't? However, recently some of the cashiers have been unhelpful. One man in particular couldn't scan the milk (the only 1% gallon milk jug there). Instead of trying to enter it manually or get someone else who could, he simply told me to take that jug back and get something else. (Which is weird because that just kicks the can down the road.) I maybe should have spoken up more, but I didn't want to be too demanding. It just seemed that he would rather inconvenience people than try to solve a small problem.

I love the people that work at this location. They were always so friendly they know me when I walk in.
My issue with this location is the Indian woman who works in the pharmacy. She is ALWAYS very short with me and rude. She is absolutely horrible to deal with. . .... She treated me like I was an inconvenience when I'm the CUSTOMER trying to get my prescription while SICK. I did not deserve that.... I'm absolutely disturbed at how I was treated by her. Won't be using this pharmacy again

This place is awful, customer service is lacking, for some reason you hear all the employees complaining about the job and the store manager, it sounds like a bad workplace and horrible management. Not only that but it's outrageous for a store to be this messy.

Worst store . I normally go to the one in Leander but I was near Parmer in Austin tried to purchase items she set a limit . She is the store manager and she does what she wants they said . Tried to do a curbside and she canceled it her name is Shana . Rude manager

Why is everything in this Walgreens wildly expensive? Lol. It's like 2-3x more than anywhere else.
