I needed business cards for a quick turn around for a last min event. The cards were all black with logo in the middle. Every card was cut differently with white showing along diff borders on each card. Some on one side, some on bottom. I had to make due for my event but never again.

Lots of bad reviews but not this one! So far I’ve only had positive experiences at this Walgreens. Pharmacy staff were helpful, got my medication quickly and with no issues. The staff aren’t to blame for shortages.
They also accepted my UK driving license for my Adderall prescription which I appreciated (because they prefer passports if you don’t have any US ID), because I didn’t have my passport with me, so they get extra points just for that 😂

Incompetent. Unprofessional. I called for 2 medications to be delivered that was a Friday. These are medicines for pain and they are for my 83 year old mother The lady pharmacist on the phone said give me 30 minutes and it will be all set for delivery. She also verified my delivery address. It was already 8:30pm and I still don’t have the medicines so I called. The guy pharmacist said oh we have a problem with your card and we have been calling you but you were not returning the calls. They have been calling my moms number by the way…He said I have to send you a link to put in your card number. I told him my card was already charged! He said that was a hold only. So I did update my card information. The next day I called again it was 2 pm. The guy pharmacist said wait we just came from our lunch break let me check on that order. He said again you have to update your card information on file so at this point I already raised my voice because nothings has been done since I update my card on file last night. After 15 minutes, I called back and he said that I will get my delivery at 5:30pm today and I won’t be charged for the delivery fee.it was around 5:15 pm and I wasn’t getting any updates from my phone and with Uber you usually get updates. I looked at my moms phone and the Uber guy was on his way to Leander…which was my moms previous address. I was calling and txting the delivery guy but he wasn’t responding. In short, it was not delivered and I have to deal with this again tomorrow. By the way, I told them that I use the Walgreens app for medication deliveries. We live a few minutes away from this location. I was not feeling well that day. I should just have picked it up. What a waste of time, money and energy. If you are not hiring workers who are smart and have common sense, this location will be full of complaints not compliments.

After standing in line, they refused to give me my meds because they said they wanted to eat lunch. Unbelievable

They keep forgetting to contact the right provider and give fake promises to patient that they contacted the right ones. 10 days later when I checked with them it is still the wrong provider that they contacted. They put patients' life on stake because of their carelessness! And they ask you to pay becuase of their fault. When I was explaining my problem to a lady staff today, she simply said she is going to cut the call if I yell at her. Seriously? My call is recorded. Please go check whose tone went worse first!! She couldnt stand when I said it was walgreens staff's fault that he assured me that he will contact the right provider. She abruptly said she would cut the call and stop helping me. BEWARE of this team!!!

The pharmacy staff here is understaffed and not supported by management. They are busting their butts to help drive thru, pickups, while doing vaccines and dealing with deliveries. These ladies are amazing and deserve a raise! The FRONT STAFF however, is super rude. I overheard someone ask for help in photos and the woman stocking responded with “can’t you see I’m busy ask someone else”. 5 stars for pharmacy, 0 for the front staff.

Not friendly staff at pharmacy. Not sure I got ozempic coupon and said they already applied. I have to burn my pocket and they say your Insurance copayment is high. Have been to many Walgreens in past but this location I don’t prefer. This is my last visit.

Wow I am thankful this isn't my primary pharmacy. One of the meds for son is in short supply other places, so I have had to resort to this place 3 or 4 times in the last 6 months. Not once has the transaction been smooth. I have resisted writing a negative review but can't any longer. Whether it is a self created rule that only allows a 2 day in advance window (ex last script was filled on 30th, so the next month earliest pickup is 28th) when every other pharmacy allows 5 day, or the rudeness of the pharmacist, or letting their medicaid contract somehow expire due to a glitch- its always something. How can you let that happen? You are the one of the biggest pharmacy companies in the state - get it fixed. Have someone from your corporate office camped out with their state contacts. They said it is affecting 40 of its stores. No heads up whatsoever, so I find out I owe a way different amount when picking up meds instead of a quick text when the prescription comes in saying we are not taking medicaid. Not that hard to be proactive. The techs are nice, seem to be doing the best they can.

Tried to pick up my prescription 3 times. First time was my fault because I had to update my prescription, second time a lady said I wasn’t in the system at all and could not figure out how to update my insurance info, and the last time I tried to go when they open (according to the window was 7am) but apparently it’s 9am. Done with Walgreens.

If I could give you a zero I would. Being Rude is why people do not like using Walgreens. I was using Walgreens back before 2018 and left because they do not care about people and are very rude and can't get anything done. Don's tell me you are too busy and you will get to it when you have time and be ugly about it. I'm important like all the others and you lack communication and customer service skills. Maybe you should not be working there. If you don't like your job go work in a business that does not require you to talk to people.
