Don't come here. They give me a price for my medical vaccine and got charged, once I realized I got over charged I came back to get my refund but they only offer to return me $20 of $85 and told me the if I keep insist on the refund they were going to ask me to leave. Worse farmaci ever. Don't get your medication here you will get over charged be careful.

I usually have a great experience with the pharmacy staff at this location. BUT today I called to just get an estimate on what time I can pick up my prescription and the guy who answered the phone said “um it's monday morning so probably not until after 2” I was polite and replied “that’s fine I just wanted to check so I can plan my day accordingly” and he straight up just hangs up the phone and doesn’t give me a chance to say thank you or anything!
I work in the pharmacy setting so I understand what it is like and I make sure to be patient and understanding with other pharmacy workers but this guy was extremely rude. thumbs down for you dude! 3 stars because everyone else is great just not a fan of whoever that guy is. very rude.

The big lady in the front sitting on the chair in the cashier stand is extremely rude. You would’ve thought she would’ve been happy at least sitting on her chair if you’re miserable don’t come to work if someone can please address her attitude.

I have just tried to connect with the pharmacy 3 different times. The automated answering service can't figure out what I need, so she transfers me to the store staff. That poor guy transferred me twice and then walked to the pharmacy and told them he was going to transfer me and to pick up. He did that and it rang about 5 times before transferring me back to the automated lady who can't understand that I just need information about the availability of a certain drug. I kept saying pharmacy, but she just wanted to fill a prescription or check the status of one. Walgreens missed out on the opportunity to fill a monthly prescription that costs in the neighborhood of $850.

This pharmacy has some severe issues. I requested refills on the website and went the next day to pick up. 0/3 ready. My son’s medication on back order. Nope they have no clue when it will be in stock. Nope they can’t tell what store may have it, I can just “call around”. So at this point we are 0/4. The guy says I can wait for one medication that I need daily, it will be 20 minutes and I can’t wait in the drive through, I need to come in. I go in and sit down to wait. While sitting there I heard the absolutely disgraceful way that they would speak to elderly people, sick people, people just trying to get their medicine. My insurance dictates that I can only get medication here. It’s a shame that insurance companies dictate who gets your business because it has definitely made customer service nonexistent. Oh and when I was going to go through HEB instead, HEB said Walgreens had already filed on my insurance for the drug that was on back order with no ETA. So you can get money from my insurance company and not provide the medication? Seems scammy. So I got to be on hold 20 minutes to ask Walgreens to cancel that claim.

Someone needs to get a handle on this Walgreens, Shirley should definitely not be behind to counter handling customers. Does corporate pay attention to the manager that oversees this particular store?

Tried to get a prescription refilled and pharmacist, Grant, told me manufacturer was out and could not provide the medication. And could not provide an estimated time of arrival. Do not use this store and especially not Grant. He doesn’t try to help and debates issues with customer.

Don't trust the pharmacy at a Walgreens. They are always understaffed and overworked. I have received the wrong prescriptions and wrong doses in the past. Their scrips always have something wrong and are often incorrect nor are they ready when they are suppose to be. I cannot say I am a happy customer because that would be a stretch! The problem is that almost all the other chains are operating exactly the same way.

Pharmacy didn't want to take my LEGAL Colorado ID because it was a "picture" in the LEGAL Colorado app. If I can have a cop write me a ticket and buy alcohol with my LEGAL ID in the app than I should be able to purchase some zyrtec. Educate your pharmacy folks on LEGAL ID's.

Picking up a prescription and I’m from out of town. The person waiting on me and the pharmacist were two very nice people! They were very busy but both had smiles and were very pleasant. Please give them recognition, it’s well deserved!

After 20+ years will Walgreens's pharmacy, I've reached my limit. Slow (or, lately, closed) drive thru, long wait at walk-in or missing prescription after being notified that the prescription was ready for pickup. I'm done. Switching to another pharmacy.
