I come to this Walgreens often, specifically for the photo center, which is usually great. Today, the photo associate was wonderful—he was kind, helpful, and even cut my photos for me without being asked. Excellent service on that end. (I didn't catch his name 2:24 pm)
However, my checkout experience with a cashier named Emily (2:26 pm) was very disappointing. She didn’t greet me, spoke rudely over the microphone saying, “Guys, can you please check out all photo orders at the photo center, it’s such a waste of time,” and had a visibly bad attitude throughout the transaction. When my card wasn't able to be read the first time, she spoke to me with an irritated tone, handed me my photos abruptly, and when I asked for a receipt (for a business purchase), she snapped, “Uh yeah! It’s still printing!”
The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism at the register really soured the visit. This location needs to work on front-end customer service (especially with Emily).

Extremely weak and slow service. I was the only customer, just needed two ID photos, and it still took them more than 15 minutes. Completely unacceptable — this process should take a few minutes at most.

I made a new unexpected friend at my local Walgreens today. Her name is Angela and she made my Monday. She was beyond helpful & friendly to me during a very rocky Monday. When I was walking to my car another Walgreens employee just coming in to work offered to take my basket back for me! When does this ever happen at the same place on the same day!?! Unforgettable. Thank you Angela &, the employee in the parking lot & Walgreens on 183 & Anderson Mill. You changed my day;)

Excellent experience using my Blue Cross Wellness card to purchase OTC products, Walgreens staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and I was able to purchase what I needed using the money loaded on the card! Great experience!!!!

For the woman working in the photo department, thank you for wanting to ring up my order. Whenever I've come in to get pictures, I'm immediately told to go upfront. No offeer to ring me out, so I don't have to wait in line again. So today, I expected the same thing and decided to get my pictures and do some shopping afterwards, since I have to wait in a line again, anyway. Thank you for not brushing me off to the front cashier. It's the little things.

If i can give this location 0 star i would do , i ordered my son medication 2 days ago , they supposed to order them immediately because he need it urgently, they give me partial of one medication and supposed to get the rest the other day, unfortunately they did not and he need the medication so i asked to transfer it to other location that has it she put the phone on side for over 10 minutes and i was hearing them chatting and laughing, super unprofessional and not trained staff. Look for somewhere else to get ypur med

Today I purchased two bags of candy. When I went to enjoy them, I was met with stale and expired candy. One of them was expired since November 2023...quality control doesn't seem to have any presence here.
