There is never anyone on duty at the pharmacy, I went yesterday and they were “at lunch” way before the time it said, and then several times now there is no pharmacist on duty…if I could give zero stars I would.

I going every now and then for a quick energy drink but it is never quick. For whatever reason, every time I get to the cashier it takes about 5 minutes per customer. Today the indian man working helped two customers out before me, and then took just stopped working when it was my turn so I just put my energy drink back in the fridge and left. Not sure why it is so impossible to just grab a drink but it and leave without so much hassle, but it always lays in the hand of the cashiers who have seemed to be extremely inexperienced every time

Jessica,one of the store managers, went above and beyond to find my product and looked up my number on the curbside order to call me. She set the items aside for me because she knew I had been hoping to get them. She went above and beyond and really didn't have to!

One of the pharmacist constantly delays my diabetes medication. She recently flagged one of my medications for review. This is the medication that I've used for several years. She has flagged on delayed my prescriptions so often that I believe it's personal. The Associates at the store are Beyond wonderful always helpful though I believe they cover for this pharmacist who makes a lot of mistakes. The ratio of negative reviews versus positive reviews is almost overwhelming I think I'm going to do the smart thing and I'm going to change to CVS. It's obvious the corporate Walmart really doesn't care.

Pharmacy is horrible, was prescribed 5 medications and they failed to mention they were out of stock for 4/5 of them. So I had to wait an extra hour just for them to call another Walgreens and have them bring the medication to there and fill it. I was the one that caught their mistake and I wasn’t even given an apology for the wait or how they forgot the medication. The staff seems new and very unorganized

as of 1/24/24, daytime shop is absolute trash. employees harassed my boyfriend and i about our passports. woman told us we have to have our ears showing. it says on the passport website and papers they don't need to be showing.she got some man to help and he was literally the worst part about it. guy misgendered me, i called him out on it, dude then proceeded to ignore me purposefully. he kept harassing my boyfriend about his piercings in the picture (which we are allowed to have lmfaoooo) and even went to the manager asking if the picture was okay to use. its our pictures, we're paying for them, literally dude screw off. we told him more than enough times to let it go. he did not.horrible experience. never coming to this walgreens again. that was so unprofessional and absolutely disgusting.

What is the point of having the app to request refills when EVERY MONTH the date on my prescription bottle and the app say one day but when I call to check the status of my script which says in progress is wrong and the pharmacy staff says it can't be released for several days away. I called this morning at 1030 am and was told that it would be ready in an hour. I then called back at 1pm and suddenly it can't be released for 3 more days. I don't understand why they told me this morning that it would be ready in 1 hours, but then a few hours of waiting later, I called to check the status again and now it can't be released for several days. The app sucks, and the staff gave me wrong information this morning. I requested the refill the 27th and has been in progress since. So why did the staff tell me this morning, the 28th, that it would be ready in an hour. To string me alone to only suddenly say it was too early to release. I'm 73 and disabled and don't understand why the bottle and the app say one day and even the first staff member I spoke with this morning said it would be ready later today. Then a few hours later now it isn't going to be available until the 31st. This is ridiculous. You need to put the correct date on the app and bottle and there would be no confusion. I wish you could put accurate info on the medicine bottle and the app. Very disappointed in this pharmacy.
