I visited this location on a Wednesday and arrived at 4pm to ask if they had time for a battery replacement. I spoke to Fernando and received really friendly service. I was surprised given the low ratings here, but I understand many people only write reviews to give low ratings.So I was told there were two people ahead of me and it would be a 2 hour wait. The check in process was seamless and they sent me a text saying my vehicle was checked in. They sent me another text 10 minutes later to notify me the service has been started. I did my grocery shopping and the service was finished within 1 hour. I was pleasantly surprised how quick it was (mostly because of coming in with low expectations) and I checked out quickly as well. Really appreciate the friendly and seamless service provided by Fernando. I did try calling the auto care center multiple times to try and get an appointment but never got through. This was the case for multiple Walmart auto care centers around Austin as well. So this was the only frustrating part. I ended up just showing up, I think it is first come-first serve for battery replacements anyway. Also there is a small waiting room you can sit in while you wait.

Slow. Auto personnel intentionally work as slow as possible. An hour to change oil after in garage. 2 hours to put on 2 tires. Saw the same treatment of other customers. But the price is lowest. Don't know how they can afford it.

Never ever get a service from this place. I got my battery changed here and it didn’t even last 4 months and they kept saying there’s no problem with the battery even tho I went to Autozone and their tester said it’s bad battery. I guess they didn’t wanna replace it with my warranty.They wasted my time and money.

Same old story , came in to get one tire changed they told me 1.5 hours, I sat and waited 1.5 later they told me it would be another 1.5 hours and if I didn’t wanna wait I could just leave.unless you want your time wasted avoid coming here

The wait is as horrific as they say. Tried calling days beforehand- they won't answer. Sluggish crew working. 5 hour wait for a battery replacement and air filter change. Don't think you'll be the exception to get lucky, unless you arrive right when they open. Even oil changes have to wait 3 hours. A place you go when your time means nothing.

The gentleman that helped me was awesome, I didn't get his name. I was waiting in line and the guys who were initially in the bay just kept looking at me but didn't come and help so I went inside and the two black males that were at the register advised me that they should come to the car and I explained they just kept looking at me and did not help so they took it upon their selves to help me. I never been there before so first time and didn't know what to do. Glad I went in to try and check in because I would not have known what to do. Thanks to the two guys.

Worst customer service ever seen. Called 5 times, never occupied but only answered one time, asked for information and put me on hold for 30 mins. I just want to cancel my order. Even a bot can do a better job.

Said they opened at 7am. Got there at 8:10am, long line of customers (8) standing at a locked doors. We all left.

If I could give them no stars I would .The website clearly says 7 pm . You call and they don't answer . The " we're low on staff" is not an excuse after months and months . I would understand 3weeks , not be known for it . Do better Walmart

Worst customer experience I've had in a very long time. Showed up for scheduled appointment and not only was the shop closed but the tires I ordered weren't even there.Took me two more trips to the store, and 3 hours of waiting to get a refund.

Came in for an oil change, person who attended me said it was an hour wait with only one vehicle ahead of me. Looked around the store, and came back to the auto center. Disrespectful crew member said it was an additional hour wait, there were 2 vehicles ahead of me, and didn’t care about my car. I do not recommend, go spend your money elsewhere.

So, I did not look up the reviews before having my car serviced here and I wish I had. Tried to save a buck and my time wasted here, was not worth it. Guys at desk have ZERO idea of what they are doing, ZERO customer service skills & ZERO communication skills.Service: Tires

Worst service ever, unprofessional 0 ?. Believe it or not 7 hours to for oil change and battery replacement, some employees there think they are the owners of Walmart.
