Ive been a customer here for 15 years. the last couple years the quality and moral of this store has gone down hill. my daughter and i went in to return the item we had some push back so the store manager Cyndel Snuffleupagus was rude when she came to talk to us. she about put her hands in our face then she told her employee to ''finish the return and get us out of there" and walked off fast, very unproffessional and snappy. also the front restrooms are always dingy and nasty. please bring the old store manager

If I had the option, there would be no stars. This store, they're rude all of the time. There's no bags half the time and you don't know it till you're checking out. They want you to use their check out stands where an actual person actually works in this store and at the busiest time of the year they have all of two open. This store sucks and for the like, me, I don't know why I keep coming here.Not that I shop here that much usually once a month but it's enough to remind me how much I hate it!

Purchased an item from this location. Very shortly after I realized it was not needed and called to ask if I could return it at a different location. "It is an unopened Magic: the gathering bundle, can I return it?". "Yes, you can. Just need the receipt". I went to a more convenient location to return the said product. I was then told I could not return this item. I was offered to speak to a manager about this experience. The manager then told me I had to take it up with the other location. When I asked why I was then offered to speak with a manager, I was rudely told, "I just told you you could talk to a manager, not that they could help you". I then called this location again and explained that I was told that I needed to contact them in order to make the return. The person I had spoke to just hours before, who had told me I could return this product with a receipt, then told me I could not. When I asked how this was my mistake, I was told "Have a wonderful day". I now understand they have a policy in place for this item, however being told differently and being treated rudely about is disheartening to say the least.

Every time I come to this Walmart, there's either some point of frustration or disappointment that I experience. Usually when I come looking for automotive items, such as filters or a particular type of oil, it is never in stock. For example, if you have a common type of automobile like a Honda Accord, you can be guaranteed they will not have a cabin or engine filter in stock. It's possible you'll find what you're looking for in the more expensive brands, but not in their super tech brand. I've come here looking for car batteries only to find they will not have what I need in stock. I did find a couple of filters in the more expensive brands on this trip, however, everything I bought today was made in China.

This store has ZERO working HANDICAP CARTS available for customers that require them. According to the Cashier lady I spoke with today she said they MIGHT HAVE ONE WORKING CART to use. This place had a remodel awhile back and STILL failed to get any new carts. If I have to write a bad report every day, That I will do until somebody gets some carts in this building for their customers to use. this store is located at 12900 North IH-35 Southbound side Austin, Tx. 78753 .......Ph.# (512)837-9886 STAY TUNED FOR NEXT INSTALLMENT......

Slow, rude service, plenty of staffing, but basically they just wander around aimlessly. Suggest you pick any other store. Also, LOOOOONG LINES AT RETURNS AND ONLY ONE TRAINEE WORKING.

It is Walmart, I can't be surprise it's a one star rating. They are the only company who has founded themselves on good service but provide no service. Walmart is the bottom of the barrel and they seem fine with that number. My concern is curbside service. Walmart requires a 35.00 minimum when there competition do's not. I shop daily, so I don't stock up. I shop for what I need for the day. I can shop at several computers with no minimum. Do they want to compete or not? It seems not.

As I'm trying to pick up my order from this Walmart they tell me my order was canceled when I never canceled this order. Then the lady tells me that they have what I ordered in stock but that she can't send anyone to get it since it's on the other side of the store and because they have customers on the way for them. I'm WHAT? I AM a customer, I'm literally trying to pick up and order and you aren't you going to help me like you are them? This made me very upset. Did not help me with anything.

walmart still closed and boarded up because of the riots can this just stop like yes black life's matter but so does many others. RIP to man who got killed. Let justice get handle in court. I think the Protesting should be at court during there hours of operation in my opinion.

I'll say 3 stars. I've been going to this walmart in and out for about 5 years. It used to be very iffy but lately its not so bad. I'm always alarmed when I walk into a walmart with a cop at the entrance but I get it. Most issues here used to be caused by the high school kids, since the school is located right behind. However, all in all its getting better and very reliable. Customer service is usual like the rest of the walmarts but workers can be sparky at times. Meh, it works.

Just visited this store. Extremly surprised they aren't making people wear mask to get into the store, id say at least 40% of the people didn't have a mask on. Unless they change their policy I would not risk shopping here. Lots of people waiting in the check out line with me with no mask and not paying attention to social distancing.

This Walmart's drive up service used to be great, but with more people using it has gone down hill. I waited for almost two hours for my order yesterday and still did not receive it. When I called the store I was advised they were working with a skeleton crew, but they weren't 2 hours behind. Multiple people left without receiving their orders.

this store has really rude cashiers especially TALIZA she talks s*** about you with other customers and get angry with you because you are in her register in first place customer is always right and second if you're going to have that attitude the dont go to work this is the wors store i have ever been to, they should hire better cashiers

Big relief getting my car's battery changed at this auto department. They were busy, but effective! Chris communicated well with us and was able to problem solve to get my battery fixed. Thank you Walmart Auto Department!
