This Walmart is not set up for any kind of electronic wallet, so after you have shopped for two hours because you are used to another location, do you won't be able to check out animals then they will tell you that they can't even hold your stuff for you until you can return with a physical card. The store is dirty, there's trash and boxes everywhere, and people are so rude. When I walked in, I asked where I could find a cart since there weren't any in the bag, and the gentleman at the door, pointed out into the parking lot in the rain. After they told me, they couldn't hold my order, the nasty girl at the self check out started literally throwing all of my stuff back into the cart, while I asked to speak with a manager to find out why they couldn't simply just hold some of the items. Walmart is struggling to keep up with Internet shopping, but it's not doing the right things to fix the problem, which is that nobody wants to go to their store and be treated like crap. Go anywhere else.

One lane open with a cashier and it's the one that sells cigarettes. No cigarettes for you . Been in line 30 minutes and they still ringing up the same person.

So I come in today to pay a utility bill at their Money Center area, store hours posted say 8AM. I walk in the store around 810, no one is there so I grab an item I need, head to self check out. Still No one is there. I ask the young black male working the desk, if he knows who's in Money Center. He walks me over to the Money Center and this large scale Hispanic front end manager, very rudely and demanding, tells him to get back to his station. He walks back to his desk and she's yelling across the main isle by the cash wraps "THATS WHAT I LIKE". All I could think was this woman has actually lost her MF mind to talk to a young male like this but an employee. Even after I let her know he was helping me and where's the employee that works at the Money Center. She's has an attitude saying she's in the bathroom she'll be back, and walks off. Idk what high horse she's on but she gotta come down from there. There's no way you talk to someone like that and think no one is going to notice. She was so comfortable saying it I'm sure he's not the only one she disrespects in that manner. I'm back at the money center, still no employee.I walk to Customer Service that's closed but there are three managers are holding up the wall I guess. One is Store Manager "Lupe". I ask her, where is the money center employee, hours posted say 8AM, it was 830. They don't know, she in bathroom, she's on break who knows. Store manager tells me she's on break. I asked again, where is an employee who can help me in money center, I've been waiting for long enough and need someone to help me asap. You don't send someone on a break who's the only one at an area and don't have a replacement. ON TOP of that, you're a manager. Walk your ass over the money center and help the customer who has been waiting. A gentlemen walked over from the Home area to help me. He was Very nice. And it's unfortunate that the managers treat their employees like that. But hey, it's Walmart and somehow everyone's shocked employee turnover is bad. I called the corporate customer service line, left my complaint but who knows where that will go. The person was clearly outsourced and is not in this country. I've ran multiple stores and now run my own businesses and I would never in my life disrespect an employee or disregard a customers needs. For a short staffed store there's absolutely NO reason the managers should be posted at a closed customer service area watching the lights flicker or whatever tf they were doing. RUN the store you're getting paid to run. Unfortunately I'm sure Walmart Corporate will not rectify this situation, but store manager needs to go along with the front end manager.

Usually I try to give a positive review but this store was sooo bad I have to share. I usually don't shop Walmart but came here because someone wanted to pay me using their services. I went to the CS desk and nobody was there. Waiting wiry me we're other customers patiently waiting. After 20 minutes, finally a very slow walking man showed up to assist the customers. After I finally got up there, he told me that I needed to go to the money counter which is s by the registers. I walk over there and once again nobody is there. I waited about 15 minutes and finally a woman showed up. Well the person sending me money didn't send a screenshot and while I was waiting to get a response from him, I walked a bit away from the counter. When I finally got tue information, she had left again. After literally 30 minutes, I went back to the CS counter and asked where tue clerk went. He told me nonchalantly that the computer stopped working and now it was closed. Mind you nobody said anything or left a sign indicating this. I was not the only customer wondering what was going on. Then while I was there I went over to the clothing and wanted to try on a few things. You guessed it, nobody was there. All the changing rooms were locked and not an employee in sight. Several other customers were standing around waiting for assistance. I finally walked around trying to find a mirror but there wasn't any. I asked a passing employee where the mirrors were and he told me in home furnishings. So while I wasn't buying a mirror, I pulled one out of the box and tried on the clothes over my yoga wear. So very Walmart. So I went to the registers and they only had two people working there. Fortunately the self checkout was available but there were 4 machines broken and it wasn't taking credit cards. So I paid with cash and got the hell out. After walking out from the automatic doors, some crazy man was out there yelling profanities at me and anyone else leaving the store. It's a wonder this store is still in business. They must have a shortage of employees.

I bought an air mattress while traveling which ended up being broken and didnt hold air. Since I was on the road, I wasn't near the walmart I purchased it at and decided to return it once I got back home since the website didn't mention anything saying I couldn't. At this point, I didnt have the box anymore since it took up too much space in the car and the walmart website said it wasn't necessary.Once I got to this walmart (with my receipt), Jennifer at customer service (who was giving me attitude the entire time) told me I can only exchange it since it was opened which I was fine with. The only problem is their air mattress selection was terrible with maybe one or two options so I grabbed the closest thing to the original one which was $5 less. She refused to exchange it saying it had to be an even exchange despite the fact they had NOTHING with the same price telling me my only option was to go to the original store which like I mentioned isnt any where near here since I was traveling.I asked for a manager and Que came to talk to me and tried to find any excuse to not exchange the air mattress including not having the box (which the website says you dont need) and it not being the original store. They said everything possible to not have to take this return and take a hit despite walmarts terms saying otherwise. Avoid this store at all costs. These employees dont deserve work and should be fired.

My car over heated Thursday and my mechanic is coming tomorrow morning to fix it so I ordered the coolant and oil because he's gonna do my oil change and the bring me the wrong oil. I have no vehicle at the moment and have no way of getting there especially because of their mistake. Alejandra at customer was absolutely helpless. And what's worse is I have a second order getting delivered between 8-9 and I asked if they could put the right oil in this order and I would give the driver the oil they gave me and she said no. I'm so PISSED and point blank screw Wal-mart in South Park meadows

If I could give negative stars I would! This place has gotten worse and worse over the years now it's worst than dumpster juice and I hope it gets closed down. I've gotten about 3 batteries from this place. The first one I bought under warranty. Soon after, my vehicle died and I had to get a jump. I took it to Sun Auto to get checked and they told me the battery was a dud and that I should take it back to get it replaced. I did. A few months later I went to Greece for a week. Came back and the battery was dead. I got a jump and they guy tested the battery and said I had a dud. Ok go get another one. 5 months later I went to Iceland. Came back and my car was dead AGAIN. The same guy that gave me a jump the last time came back to jump my vehicle again. It was so embarrassing because he said he remembered me and my car! Once again we went through the testing and it's a dud so I went BACK to the store. I'd tried to call but of course you can't get anyone on the phone there. I was told it would take them 3-4 hours to get to my vehicle and they couldn't tell me if they'd replace it under warranty or not until they pulled the battery out. An aside: It was Valentine's Day...exactly the place you wanna be on that special day right?! Anywho, I waited around until they finally got to me to tell me they tested the battery it is in fact dead but I'd have to buy another one. I was FURIOUS. I said "Buy another one FOR WHAT?? So ya'll can sell me another dud and I go through this all over again until I have to buy another one?!? Put my old battery back in and give me my car". The guy kind of stood there for a second and we were just staring at each other like that Kermit the Frog meme. I raised my eyebrows and he walked away. Fast forward to March and my battery gave out again. I bought my own jumper box to do jumps myself because by now I was out of roadside assistance calls on my insurance and would have to pay out of pocket at this point. I'd spoken to AutoZone and they said they could check my alternator to be sure it's not giving out. When I got there and they checked they said my alternator was fine. HOWEVER, he found that the battery wasn't bolted. He was able to simply lift the screws and/or bolts out of their place. He said the battery was just in there wobbling! He told me not to buy a new battery yet as that might have been the problem. He tightened everything for me and sent me on my way. I am more that livid that Walmart would send someone on the road KNOWING they did this!! Who knows what else they're doing (or not doing) to someone vehicle. They are going to end up getting someone killed one day. I thought about calling to speak to the service manager there but what's the use since they don't answer their phone. So I hope they see this. Hell I hope some type of business inspector sees this and pays them a visit. PLEASE don't take your vehicle(s) here if you value your personal safety and the safety of anyone who drives or rides in your vehicle(s). I will never be back to this store.

Looks like a magnet for bad employees. The delivery service is more often wrong than right. If you order a pound of hamburger, you'll get 4 pounds of ground pork. Tried to lodge a complaint , but no one will answer the only phone number they have. Shelves will have long stretches of empty, and that was pre-shortages of 2021. Chill case meats got way out of sell by date. Go to the back of this store and off to the right you see a store without all these problems.

Although a very convenient location right off of Ben White this Walmart has been a challenge to keep coming back to as the service I received her is lackluster and spotty. If I do come to this location it is a quick in and out errand and/or because they have an item that the other Walmart's around do not have. I also have been seeing many warnings about men following women around the store, who are shopping by themselves, at this specific location! Please be aware of your surroundings, yourself, and do not hesitate to go up and ask an employee or security to walk you out to your car if you do not feel safe. I know there are a lot of people in and out of the parking lot since it is so close to the interstate highway.

This Walmart ALWAYS has items marked one price and then when you get up to the register it's a completely different price- then the shift leader comes with an ugly attitude and SCOLDS You for thinking it's marked correctly!! The marked price is NEVER honored. The unfriendly, grumpy and disillusioned workers can't be bothered to do their jobs correctly because this is a WEEKLY PROBLEM there.

Wanted to stop and make a quick purchase for conditioner and a prescription. What should have been a 20 minute trip turned into 45 minutes because rushing I forgot my receipt and the door guy did not let me exit. I walked all the way to the other end of the store and had to wait in line to have one reprinted!? Finally after 15 minutes to talk to someone who supposedly could help print a receipt, the girl found my transaction by me giving her the last 4 digits of my card but she could not figure out how to print my receipt?! First she said maybe it was too old a transaction, then she said maybe it was too new? She sent me to customer service where I had to wait again to speak to someone who also did not know how to do her job! So "I" suggested that they could just radio to the guy at the door that they saw my transaction on their computer. She said oh yeah we could do that, I'll let her know to do that right now. It takes me another 3 to 4 minutes to walk back and explain it to the door guy for another 2 minutes and STILL NO RADIO CALL!!!! I I finally decided that I just didn't care if they wanted to tackle me and be sued and embarrassed over conditioner and hair gel then F*** it. I just left and told him thank you for the photo and not to worry as I'd be posting this on yelp. He never apologized for any of the inconveniences so I don't give a F*** about putting his name out there. All the while through my interactions with other employees and him, other people were coming and going as they pleased without showing a receipt!!!! Oh and yes I happen to be black as well as the person I was with and you can guess what race the door guy was as well as the others who left without even being asked or stopped over a receipt!!!

This store is horrible when it comes to them answering phones. I ordered a blanket online for my mother that had a picture of her parents on it. I was told it was delivered to this Walmart and that I would receive an email from THIS Walmart letting me know it arrived. I NEVER received an email and I NEVER could get through to this Walmart over the phone. I called customer service 37 times and NEVER got an answer. I called Pick up 25 times and only got a recording. It said to text or leave a message if I had questions. Mailbox was full and let a text and never got a response. I called Walmart.com and they considered the blanket lost!! This is a pathetic store and I will definitely NOT be doing business with them again!! Lost a blanket and money because this store is so incompetent!!

I should be able to give them negative stars. Went to check out and was rudely told by a cashier and floor supervisor to social distance when I was. Not sure how I'm supposed to pay when the payment processor is fixed. I left my stuff there and walked out. Went to H‑E‑B up the street.
