I'm not a routine beer drinker. However, once in awhile I find myself in need of the beautiful creation... You know, just a sip under a shade tree, contemplating the universe. I've found no better selection and price than my friendly road side WM Superstore. Now,where's that lake Go!

I've been using the Walmart grocery delivery for a few weeks now and I've been very very pleased with it. Carol brings my groceries and she's done a good job. One time when I didn't get some thing and I, called to ask about it. The CS guy (I forgot his name but he was a doll!). was very friendly. He looked it up for me. Help me figure out that no I didn't get it and asked what I wanted to do about it. I said it was no biggie, that'd I'd pick it up later. He promptly refunded my money. When the conversation was ending, he thanked me for being so understanding and pleasant. I guess people get kind of testy and they're not always real nice when they don't get everything they ordered. LOL. It was just a mistake. I make them too. I appreciate the fact that Walmart provides this service and how easy it is to use. Thank you WalMart, Carol and the great CS guy.

BLATANT false-advertising to get me in the store . . Almost ordered off of Amazon, but decided to just go pick it up locally. Website showed several sizes and types of butane gas for lighters, so I bought one, prepaid for it, drove there several hours later when it said I could come get it, only to be offered a "substitute" that was NOT gas, but liquid like for old-school lighters . . which is about as helpful as offering me a "substitute" of diesel fuel for my gasoline car. Then said there were other brands and sizes of GAS butane fuel all the way across the store on isle H26, I walked all the way over there, and there were exactly ZERO butane GAS products to choose from. What a scam and HUGE waste of time, fuel and energy!!! Tempted to file a complaint with the BBB for FALSE ADVERTISING on your (lyin'-ass) website which is EXACTLY what this is . . Outrageous!

If you are going to force us to use self check out, you can at least give us an employee discount.

have had a couple of big issues in that location, food posioning before memorial day from food bought there, (after the freezers and ice box's were repaired)..however i called the store several times to report the issue,..no answer, or no return call.also had 3 milk purchases go bad within 3 days of purchase with good expiration dates. again i got no response, other than finally going to customer service to report the problem, the clerk said..oh..i have had several gallons of milk returned lately, i ask if she reported the issue, she said,, no i did not think it was important...also they require that all back packs be stored with customer service while shopping, BUT my friends son's backpack was stolen while in store's possession. the employees in electronice are extremely rude and not helpful since griffin left, no one knows how to help with any questions on products, even when you call ahead and ask if anyone will be there to help..i got yelled at and told she did not care i had called ahead.

There used to be a time when you could pay money for something and be reasonably sure you wouldn't wasting it at a retail chain. A business knew the importance of taking care of a customer. Though I have receipt, all packaging and paperwork, my holiday TV quit working like clockwork past the date, they simply kept saying "no" with an almost smirk. I will likely not shop at Walmart anymore. I can't imagine taking the risk, of spending money at an establishment, and them completely not caring.

I've been using the Walmart self-checkout at 2525 W Anderson Ln for years now, it's always been kind of crappy. Recently they updated the store and the POS systems. I was excited that they would have fixed the issues and made it a quicker, more seamless experience. Unfortunately, they have accomplished the total opposite. 1. While the new UI may look a bit nicer. They took a laggy system and made it even laggier. about 1/4 of my finger presses are not registered anymore. This is really bad guys, it's like using a 10-year-old tablet and incredibly frustrating. 2. The old system had this annoying aspect when you wanted to check out produce, there would be a button that said: "Produce". Now it says "Look up item" to make it less clear. Then a dialog that's at least 3 years old says "Checking out produce just got easier!, just scan it" Tomatoes and many others don't have codes on them. So I always have to click TWICE to get to a laggy keyboard, plus now it's not clear how to even get to that screen. 3. The new system has bugs too! I scanned an avocado and it asked me to enter the code, which was you know, on the label I just scanned. 4. You can't just checkout now, you get to also select how you want your receipt. Email / Text or Print? Well, 10 yards from the POS system, you have a guy who wants to look at your receipt. So I guess if you want to save a tiny amount of paper you could do that, but who will? Nearly nobody, so don't make everyone select it every time. 5. Two ways to improve this. First, have a button that says "enter produce item" for people that already know about scanning produce. The 2nd thing is list the top 5-6 items that people enter. At HEB that's what they do and it's way better. 6. I pay with my Citi double points card. Now instead of just completing the sale they try to get me to spend my points at a rip-off exchange rate. So now there is more button presses, plus an annoyance. Another annoyance: 1. This isn't POS related, but my Walmart now has an annoying chime go off every 1-2 minutes with store-wide alerts. It's insanely annoying. Please just stop. 2. They have removed 40 parking spaces for online pickup. Perhaps sometime in the future this will be used, however right now there are max 2-3 cars actually doing this. Instead it steals good parking for the rest of us. 3. The rotisserie chicken used to come in a container like every other store has done forever. However, at this Walmart, they come in a bag. It has a zipper top that constantly gets caught up in itself and your hands are going to get messy trying to get chicken out. Why?!?

They finally brought one cashier back after removing all of them in favor of self-checkout. But it is too little too late. This remains a dirty, disorganized store. You should avoid self-checkout at all costs. Walmart is known for falsely accusing customers of theft even 1 year after the customer was in the store. Article:

Placed an order online today, 02/06/23 at around 12noon, to be ready for "curbside pickup" @7-8pm. Since the store had been under "remodeling" recently I have no idea if they offer vehicle pickup or just the get off the vehicle and go inside. So here I am calling the store since 12:30pm without an answer, frustrated because I ordered groceries & personal hygiene products for my children back home, since I am currently out of state working and my in-laws are doing us a huge favor picking up the order! One of my calls went thru at 0343pm (to the electronic department) in which I got placed on hold for 10 minutes before the lady noticed she hadn't transferred my call to the "online ordering" department. Once she transferred, AGAIN no one picked up my call at the online ordering department! Its currently 04:10pm and I just hope my order is ON TIME & READY for pick up at the reserved time since everything got charged on my debit card as soon as I checkout thru the walmart app.

Terrible customer service , I was just in to buy two items, glass cleaner and a product to stop my squeaky brakes. I go to self checkout, it needs age verification so I as two lady's right next to me to help, I have my id out also I'm 26. I then asked again was ignored, so I left the products there. Not coming back. Very simple to listen, sad to see, "you have two ears and one mouth for a reason". :)

Horrible Walmart! Always short on electric carts for disabled people! Check out lanes closed but self check is open with 15 people in line. Bad customer service!!
