Nice staff! Always helpful.
Heads up: Be skeptical of the fish best-by dates. They do exchange the bad fish if you have your receipt and the bad fish lol

Well, it’s Walmart. There’s nothing great and nothing horrible, but as Walmart, they have got lots of groceries, household items,, a small bakery, clothing, a small electronics department, but this one has only a really small deli. On the plus side they have Uno‘s pizza, and Nando‘s.

I had groceries delivered to my house. Unfortunately rather than deliver to my door as requested they were left on the sidewalk. I can’t carry some of these items including 24 bottles of water. I tried calling several times but no one picked up. It’s frustrating.

Most of the Walmart staff here is horrible. I have been a customer at the location on West Anderson for 2 years now and I was escorted out of the store for having two separate orders over 15 items but less than 15 items. It was two separate bulky orders. The lead, she was super rude and would not give me her name, she was very nasty to me, telling me that I had to many items and I need to suspend my order and go to another register not realizing that I was sick, I needed food right away to eat right at the moment and one store clerk in the self checkout service department already allowed me to start processing my order before I was abruptly stopped from scanning my items. I have an invisible disability. I was trying to pay and eat something quick because I take medications that makes you sick when you don’t eat, almost like being a diabetic. No one knew I was feeling very ill, about to pass out. I told the store clerk that was harassing me to get her manager and she brought a lead worker instead. I asked for the manager again and I was told no. So, I started taking pictures of the checkout isles because there’s no sign at my register showing that you are only able to check out 15 items and they called security on me making a big sene in the store and security was not clear on why I was asked to leave the store. The whole event was extremely stressful and embarrassing. The store clerk was a Muslim woman who lied and harassed me about my items in my basket and said I was taking a picture of them and the lead at the store made me get out for advocating for my safety and showing that my register did not say 15 items or less nor did it say you can’t ring up two orders. I went to the hospital that day because I didn’t get to eat in time and I became sick. I called and made a report with Walmart and they have not returned a call to me to update me on what happened and why was I put out for using the self service register and I was using my OTC card to purchase groceries. I was sick and the staff was so focused on me protecting myself until other customers and Walmart employees became increasingly concerned because things were escalating so security wasn’t able to patrol the store due to being short staffed and called to escort me out of the store. When I called Walmart to make a grievance, I was told that I could go back in the store that I wasn’t banned and I told the phone rep that at that point I didn’t feel comfortable or safe going back in the store without a incident report and to investigate the situation and letting me know I was cleared to return back to the store and I have yet to hear from Walmart. I am also making a complaint to my insurance company. I was using my healthy food benefits from my health plan program. United Healthcare will be getting contacted as well. Due to this situation, my anxiety and stress level’s are very high and this experience has been extremely difficult to overcome and this situation has not been resolved yet since the incident date (Tuesday, March 4,2025) close to 8 AM and it is now March 25, 2025. I need to know why was I escorted out of the store for taking pictures of my store items in my basket and for taking pictures of the register I was at with no sign that says you can’t ring up to separate orders and or you can’t buy more than 15 items. I also have an autoimmune condition and I can’t have so many handlers messing with my items. I was very sick after and I am still not able to buy food and my PTSD and anxiety has gotten worse. Especially, since I have yet to hear back from Walmart for my grievance. The benefit card only works with Walmart for food and my insurance company needs to know what happened and that I was denied access to make purchases with this card for pointing out, one clerk allowed me to start ringing up my items and a different clerk told me to stop when I had already started scanning my items for purchase. I am mentally injured from this and I need to know the status of my complaint.
S/O to security for trying to resolve the problem.

My wife and I are new to Austin and overall we love it. However my first time at this Walmart not so much. Everything was fine until it was time to leave out. There was a little Chinese lady associate at the door as you leave. I watched 3 people walk pass her with their purchased goods and not a peep. I get to her and she’s wants to see my receipt. I bought one small item it’s in the bag why do I have to show a receipt. You’ve got detectors at the door that will go off if a barcode has not been scanned and paid for right? I was offended, insulted and will not spend my hard earned money at this establishment ever again.

This walmart is like the "neighborhood" walmart so of course they won't have everything the super center has. I went to return a dining room table set and I was met with Jose aka the team lead wannabe manager. No help as he was ready to shut me down as I walked in.. "so I can't take that return and walmart in hutto or Parmer don't have any boxes to return your items".. he didn't even call 🙄 . Enters Linda aka "so I can't return your item because I don't have a box so you won't be able to get your $135 return until I process it" aka no manager badge. I won't be back #BOYCOTT

Wrong price. I went to buy an Xbox series X, the price on the label was one, when I went to pay, they wouldn't let me buy it 🤡🤡🤡. Incompetent. I almost called the police to tell the truth. But I let it go.

What can you say it's walmart. Lits of self checkout, few checkers.

I had a very pleasant experience at this Walmart today! Everyone was so kind and the store was immaculate!
