  The building is old and often smells like rat urine. They raised my rent by $100 every year, but after I moved out, I found out they listed my apartment for $300 less than what I was paying! Clearly, they take advantage of long-term tenants.
  
  On top of that, they stole my security deposit, claiming charges for cleaning and replacements that weren’t necessary. They even charged me for replacing the stove drip pans, which I had already replaced with brand new ones! It’s outrageous.
  
  As if that wasn’t bad enough, there are about 15 cars parked on the side of Walnut Creek, where some guys have set up a mechanic workshop on the road. It’s impossible to pull out of the complex safely because you can’t see past all their vehicles on jack stands. One time, one of the street “mechanics” was even directing traffic around their mess. Walnut Creek never does anything about this.
  
  This place is run by a bunch of liars with no integrity. Avoid it at all costs. It stinks—literally and figuratively.

  Management let another resident stalk and harass me for months and then refused to let me out of my lease even though there was plenty of evidence and he continued to verbally assault me and wait for me outside my apartment, even coming up to my door and banging on it at one point. Rodney is the worst. Dishwasher never worked/cleaned properly. Bathroom ceiling leaked frequently and when maintenance would “fix” it, it would be back in a few months. Just cheap and not worth the over priced rent. You can do better.

  I've never encountered an apartment complex that scams its own residents as much as this property. They will nickel and dime you for every little thing. The crazy part is that the units aren't nice enough to justify such strict policies. I'm convinced they're getting a commission from the towing company. They've towed our vehicle multiple times and have cost us hundreds of dollars in fees and time missed from work with no justification as to why. The vehicle is registered with the front office but that doesn't mean anything to them apparently. Very bad business practices. Bottom line is, do not live here.

  Great complex! Office staff always helpful when I’ve gone in and maintenance crew is outstanding! Most times they’ve come the first 24 hours even though it says they have 48 hours to respond to a request. Property always kept clean also which I love.

  Cold hearted evil manager. Can careless about humans and office staff members enjoy lying about situations. Maintenance below standards. Towed my vehicle cause it was parked over the line. No cars around, blocking nor interfering with others and their vehicles, and no one parks in the area cause it near ta busy street with no security gates. VeryBetty's. The car that parked extremely close to my car the night before should have been towed. I could barely enter my car and the bug silver truck parks extremely close to the lines making it difficult to perfectly. Yet their vehicle weren't towed.
  Probably laughing at the $238 fee. Continue to retaliate so KARMA can pay you all several visits. Petty Bettys.
  Be careful, they will target your car for towing. Everyone around me can cross the white line of parking space and have orange warning stickers for an extended period of time and their vehicles were NOT towed. Unethical.
