I've been getting water for about 4 months now, I've noticed the water being cloudy and having a weird taste to it. Is this water filtered, if so when does this happen?

I usually come way out of my way to get water from these machines but I never noticed that these machines only accept quarters - I stopped by this machine because I happened to be passing by and it stole $1.05 (in dimes and nickels) from me I ended up going home with no water

I would give it a five star if the machines didn't completely fail to fill my water jugs and didn't soak my clothes completely with no warning. What a way to ruin your trip to get water. Tried both machines, they start pouring out water gently and it goes into my jugs fine then it starts shooting water at the speed of a cannon and it shoots out of my 5 gallon container like old faithful and no matter what I do it won't go into the container. Complete failure. Out of 5 gallons only 2 made it into the container and that was with me struggling to do everything I could to get it into the container and my clothes are now completely soaked. Now I have no water and I feel like they owe me compensation for ruining my clothes. Owners should put a speed switch on the machine so the customer can choose high or low speed. At the very least they need a warning.

The water is fine but it's 2022 and you don't accept credit/debit? It's an extreme inconvenience and not many people carry cash anymore.

This location is easy to access with several places to park. It’s located right behind a Capital Metro bus stop ID # 5779 and across the street from an HEB Plus. It is well lit. The only issue is that there are several homeless people who hang out near this location.
