The customer service at Wave MAX Laundry is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and offered assistance, making the experience genuinely pleasant. The facility is spotlessly clean—seriously the best environment for laundry. On top of all that, they have the best prices in town, offering incredible value. Highly recommend!

I recently moved to the north side of Austin and was on the lookout for a clean, safe, and welcoming laundromat. I’m so glad I found WaveMax—it’s been an amazing experience. The lady behind the counter, Eleanita, is exceptional. She’s incredibly helpful, always ready to answer my questions, and has gone out of her way to lend a hand more than once. Her customer service is top-notch, and her kindness truly stands out. Highly recommend!

One of the cheapest laundromats in the area. I have closer laundromats to my apartment but I go out of my way to do laundry here because these machines have additional settings (I like doing extra rinses on my clothes) and they work really well. You load funds into a card (with either cash or card) which is also convenient. The dryers work very fast even on low heat settings.

The machines operate efficiently, and the facility is very clean. I was greeted as soon as I arrived and offered assistance. I had used a WaveMAX in Dallas several times, so when I moved to Austin and noticed they had one here as well, I knew I had to visit to wash my heavy blankets. This location offers washers and dryers in sizes ranging from small to extra large. The prices are great, and I highly recommend it.

First time visiting this laundry and I couldn’t be happier! There was a wonderful lady there (probably the owner) who went out of her way to explain everything: how to get a laundry card, add money, and which washers and dryers to use depending on size and price. She was so patient and friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
The place itself is very clean as well.
Everything was quick and easy, and I left super satisfied.
Highly recommend this place if you want a hassle-free laundry day with great customer service!

Super clean facility, professional staff, tons of machines for everyone. They take Tap to Pay for their rechargeable cards that you will need to use their machines. This is most definitely the best laundromat. Highly recommend it.
