I made an online appointment for screen and battery replacement. However, I ended up having to return twice. Also the employee kept complaining about how much other work he needed to do, and that my repair was going to cause him to get home late.

Michael is the name of the gentleman that helped me and he did a great job! He is very knowledgeable and friendly and fixed the screen of my phone in 30 to 40 minutes. I wasn’t expecting my phone screen to black out on me unexpectedly, but Michael did a great job in getting me up and running as if my phone never broke.

I hadn't used We Fix It before and I'm so glad I decided to do that today. Its easy to make an appointment online and the staff was so helpful. I didn't get his name, but he worked on my phone and was great w/customer service. I went in thinking one thing about my phone and coming away with getting what was really wrong it fixed. Pricing was good & staff was efficient. I'd definitely recommend!
