After managing to never break a cell phone screen for the 12 years I've had an iPhone, a kid dropped my phone face down on the tile floor and it cracked. I took my phone in during my appointment time and had it repaired. Two weeks later it crack again after a light drop. I take it back and pay $120 to repair it AGAIN. Two days later the phone falls off the coffee table onto my rug and lands on the back (not the screen) and the screen shatters! I called to ask if they stand behind their product and will repair for free because what are the odds the screen breaks so often and so easily. The manager seemed unwilling to work with me. I would highly discourage anyone from phone repairs here. I have a feeling they use very low quality replacement products for a high price tag.

I highly recommend this business-I went in for a portable cell phone charger after searching all over town. None fit my requirements, until a friend reminded me of Batteries Plus. An amazingly helpful and friendly woman knew exactly what I wanted. I purchased two! I should have gone straight to Batteries Plus- I have had good luck in a couple of other in the past.

Jeff offers awesome service at Batteries +! Had an issue with a battery gone bad and Jeff quickly jumped to a solution and assisted me with a replacement. I feel like he went above and beyond to help me. Thanks!

So, I haven't experienced customer service like this since last millenium.As in regressively arrogant and dogmatic. The staff member at this location lectured me on these gems while offering nothing helpful:1) Since Batteries Plus was an essential service during the COVID-19 stay-at-home order, the 14-day return policy still applied during the stay-at-home order. I said that Target wasn't accepting returns during the stay-at-home order, and tried to remind him what the stay-at-home order meant. He doggedly reiterated his position, further saying that they had been open every day (!???).2) I was attempting to return an unopened battery charger recommended by the same Batteries Plus staff member after the dealer of specialized and expensive battery said that the charger was incompatible. The BP staffer insisted that the dealer was wrong. And in a tone that said we were wrong for erring on the side of caution by listening to dealer instead him. We later found further documentation online that the charger wouldn't have fully worked, but that's scarcely the issue now. Other Batteries Plus staff member at other locations have always done a great job.

I placed an order online, received email 15 to 20 minutes later stating that the battery was ready for pickup. Dropped by the store and was greeted by a friendly helpful employee. Battery was priced well and the process was simple and flawless.

They should get negative 5 stars. I had my phone screen replaced and I also had them add a screen protector. Well, about a day after I had the work done, I noticed on the top left corner, a black line what looked like was under the screen protector. Upon further investigation, the screen protector was not touching the screen on that left corner. I pushed down on the screen protector and the next thing that happened was unimaginable. I removed the "screen protector", hoping the screen protector was what cracked. Nope. It is my actual phone screen. My entire screen is now cracked from top left corner to the right left corner and also goes down to the middle of the screen like a creek and swoops back to the left with little tributaries. Now, when I try to use my camera or view pictures in my photo gallery, the phone powers off and reboots itself. The forward facing camera is now blurry and it powers down when in use also. My original screen was black on the edges. When they handed me back my phone, it was now white. I called and told them about the cracked phone screen and it powers off and on. They offered to give me a full refund and replace my phone screen for free. I said I don't want you nor anyone there to touch my phone. I will take it to a place that only fixes phones. Needless to say, a place like this that sells batteries and light bulbs needs to just stick to that and quit "trying" to fix, but only make it worse, phone screens. I ordered a new phone. It'll be here next month due to the covid-19. Thanx 4 nuttin!

Never let this place replace your watch battery. They worker took a while to change my battery & I suspected something went wrong but he never admitted any wrong doing. But, indeed he broke my watch gasket & never said a word. Not telling me and admitting his guilt .... it did major damage to my watch. Water entered the watch mechanism by hand washing & now it needed major repair. I owned this watch for 15 years & I have never had anyone from other places break my gasket. Honesty is always the best policy!!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store for shattered iPhone screen repair. Online appointment. Customer service off the charts. Screen repaired in less than an hour. Price was competitive plus there was a $10.00 off coupon! Easy, easy, easy!!!

Worst service I've ever been provided. Lied to me. Cheated me. Stole from me. Hope manager contacts me. However I'm certain they will not, they will just shirk the blame and responsibility.

I hadn't used We Fix It before and I'm so glad I decided to do that today. Its easy to make an appointment online and the staff was so helpful. I didn't get his name, but he worked on my phone and was great w/customer service. I went in thinking one thing about my phone and coming away with getting what was really wrong it fixed. Pricing was good & staff was efficient. I'd definitely recommend!

Quickly got the service that I need. Very satisfied! I brought in a Samsung Galaxy S7 with bad battery. Apperently, since the S5 they started glueing the back plate on. I tried for so long to get the plate off myself. Finally gave up and brought the phone in to Batteries Plus. The manager there was super helpful. He tossed the phone on the hotplate and got to work. It was a process, but the phone was repaired in probably 15 minutes. Appreciate the service, I'll be back for future phone repairs!

Went in to drop off batteries for recycling, and in waiting for the associate to come out from the back, I found out they carry a good assortment of Satco bulbs. That's the plus. As the only customer in the store I inquired about getting a battery for my Ford key remote. They guy had no interest in helping me, had no customer service skills and was obviously ready to be out. Store closes in 45 minutes but helping me find the battery I needed was pure drudgery for the associate. So if you know what you want and they have it in stock you are good to go. If you want service, you might call ahead and ask if there will be someone available and willing to spend 2-3 minutes with a customer.
