I had an AMAZING experience with WEBii! Working with Jacqueline and her team was an absolute pleasure; they provided expert guidance, clear, concise, and personable communication, top-notch training, and created such a fantastic website for our company. We have already seen an increase in traffic and sales thanks to our beautiful new website! Jacqueline has also made herself available after we launched when we needed a little more assistance with navigating and managing the new site. The service provided is phenomenal, and the product exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend WEBii!

Was excited to work with this local Austin company. We had a nice meeting with Jackie about building a website for our business. She said she would make up a demo and get back to us in a week. Then she just never got a hold of us again. She just disappeared on us. She was very nice and I don't know what happened. Just got an email where she closed the ticket which reminded me to leave this review. We didn't reach out to her because it's obviously a company we don't want to work with if they are this undependable. The company has good reviews and obviously does good work. We didn't have the best experience though.

We hired WEBii to handle our SEO earlier this year and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our Google rankings have improved dramatically across the board. We have gone through several companies over the years and I always felt like we weren't getting our money's worth. Never felt like the other companies were really working all that hard for us and became complacent. Not my experience with WEBii. The best thing about them is that they are great at communicating so you know they are really working for you. They are also very responsive when any needs arise. HIghly recommend them!

Jackie and team exceeded our needs all while working on a short timeline. They were quick to respond to emails and make changes - they guided us through a process that was brand new to us and helped us tremendously. Spent of $200K on a website that did not work and eventually had to close the company because of their inability to listen to what their customer wanted. Caveat Emptor!

I write this review after a great deal of heartache and feel that I should warn people about what happened to a company with great promise. While Jacqueline is very nice, a promising startup, Help Find Care, had to close its doors after spending $200K due in a large part to WEBii's inability to make a functional sales website. Maybe ours is a unique case, but after dealing with their senior management, I was left with such a sour taste in my mouth. Maybe our needs were too demanding for them, but if you have a complicated site, I suggest looking for another developer.
