i work in the same plaza as this bank and THIS LOCATION WILL TOWE YOUR CAR!!!! DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU ARE A WELLS FARGO CLIENT/CUSTOMER!!!!!!
I have worked in the same plaza shared with Wells Fargo for 2 years and have spoken to WF employees who have given me a parking validation permit to park in the bank spots for the days i worked...fast forward to today I was threatened to never park in bank parking again bc I will be booted employee or not. The booters said it doesn't matter if i am an uber driver working and picking up food for someone else if i park in bank for a split second they will boot me. Or today a jeep parked at Bennu and headed towards Freebirds and was booted in a public parking spot. I had asked why and they said bc he parked Infront of another business and went to the a completely different business...??? as long as its not bank parking what's the issue?
The clients i serviced today were majority Well Fargo card holders but were all booted no matter what was said to the manager. They said it was the Plaza's Property Manager but this occurred today after 2 years of me working here, This bank does not care for its community, its clients, let alone customer service.
The booters also damaged the clients tired by popping them and when confronted the booters got aggressive threatening to "Beat my ass". Both young Hispanics with gold grillz bragging about how he wont pay for the tire they just popped. I also recorded the altercation for a solid 10 minutes and I do plan to post it. WF is int he back clear as day.....
The booting company is called Capital City Parking Enforcement. They booted cars that were parked in the plaza and not labeled as Bank spots. They booted cars in public parking spots, in front of Bennu, The dentist, Free birds, IVitamin, and Enlighten Baby and wont allow you to leave unless you pay them $100. Free birds is not letting their clients know this, and Wells Fargo does not care to inform the businesses around them considering their employees also park Infront of our business too when the Austin marathon is here, or ACL or SWSW.
A lot of physical altercations occurred today in front of WF, my clients had to call the police multiple times (311 and 911) and no one came. Goes to show if anything happens to you in this parking lot nothing will or can protect you.

There's a reason this branch has a bad rating, ran by a horrible branch manager I think her name is Vicky or something like that. I had an issue with my business accounts and they could not help me at all. They are all very inexperienced and don't know what they are doing. One of the branch bankers couldn't help me and reached out to their branch manager Vicky and she had no clue. Save yourself the time and drive an extra 10-15 minutes to a different branch.

I had a decent experience with the lobby staff but it was the fraud department that really had me fucked up. I was hacked in the middle of the night & lost almost 500$. The hacker sent money to my friend who I send $ to often - they do this bc scammers are getting smarter and smarter and always finding new ways to make it look good on their part! So I went thru this verification for two hrs just for them to say "sorry we can't refund you the money they sent bc you've sent money to this person before" like wtf?? Clearly they hacked me from a laptop in another state so what do I look like going thru all this trouble if I caused it?? My friend never even received the $ on her side so it got "lost" & they were constantly trying to take money OUT. If I didn't call Frago otw to them I would've really been screwed. I left the bank a year ago & never recommend this bank again! They already have hella lawsuits involving them stealing money from their own bankers smh
