I had a great experience with Sergio. He had a busy morning but was able to squeeze me in for a critical fraud case. He spent over two hours with me, calling over 6 support reps to help with my case. Ultimately he wrote a letter for me that I could use to fix my situation. I didn't have an appointment but Sergio still took time out of his day to help me. I highly recommend this branch because of Sergio's great customer service.

Everyone here was so kind and helpful! I had one of my accounts hacked and they helped me switch over all of my accounts and explained every step of the process. Oralia is so helpful, thorough and she's also bilingual! I will send all of my friends to this location for her help. This might be one of the easiest experiences I've ever had at a bank. Thanks!

This is in response to the auto loan department. I have a number of accounts at Wells Fargo and have been pleased. However, I financed a car loan through Wells Fargo auto. Turns out I am unable to get my car title from DMV because WElls Fargo never notified them that the lien was released in 2018 so DMV never sent me a title. I've tried to get one on my on dime and time but DMV won't issue me a title even though I've sent a release of lien and Wells Fargo is so big I'm not at all sure whom to contact to get them to complete our original contract. Anyone have a similar dilemma? So I have this big car that I may need to sell or trade soon and I have no clear title thanks to Wells Fargos negligence. I recall calling about the title at some point in the last 4 years and being assured that it would be sent to me. Guess I took them at their word and dropped the ball on following up.

Best service I have had in any bank. Duyen and Tim helped me out today even though I had no appointments they fit me into their busy, booked schedule. Duyen and Tim were both very courteous and made me feel welcomed even though I was closing my accounts with Wells Fargo. If I ever need to switch banks again, WF will be my choice only because of these two.Also, while I was at the teller's I saw a whiteboard with positive messages for the employees. It's good to see a large corporation and the local managers taking care of their employee's mental health. 10/10 would recommend banking with this branch.

Been letting Wells Fargo abuse me for far too long. Time to find a new bank that doesn’t screw over its customers time and time again with surprise fees and over priced services. This location is especially un-helpful

My bedridden 89 yr old grandmother on hospice gives Wells Fargo permission to speak to my brother about reissuing a pin # after going through the entire process they where ready to mail it until they found out she didn't have texting and couldn't come in. I call the next day not asking for any information but asking that my brother speak to a specific person after going through the verification process again to get my grandmother a new pin # issued. They said their is nothing they can physically do. They could have but refuse to look for other options. I am so glad I am not a member there and do not recommend anyone to bank there. We are in a pandemic right now, they can find legal ways to help their members.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Wells Fargo in general, but this branch and (who I assume is) its branch manager really went above and beyond with making sure I could get my forms notarized on time and the issuing of new checks. Great customer experience. I really appreciate all your help!
