Nichole S. at this branch is a condescending, self righteous b-word. Maybe it's all the botox and 2ft long glued on eyelashes blocking her access to basic empathy and customer service skills. Regardless, she should not be working around people in general, let alone somewhere as important as a bank. You're dealing with peoples lives, not posing for a freaking tik tok video. Get over yourself and grow up

You can never get ahold of anybody at this branch. And all of them seem to be in a bad mood definitely do not recommend going to this to this branch.

Really didn’t think I’d ever write a review for a bank. But the bad reviews on here had me so concerned as I drove over there if I was even going to get in, and if I did, would they give me the cashier’s check I needed.Went on a Friday at about 10am. There were four or five staff available. The teller I worked with to get my cashiers check was super nice, even when I made a mistake on who it should be made out to.The manager validating the check was also super nice, they were all chatting with me casually and were working fast but did everything correctly.Just felt like my experience was worth mentioning in the hopes that they’ve made some changes based on the feedback here.

Terrible experience. Staff needs more training. Branch is pretty but needs more staff. They made us schedule an appointment to open account two weeks later we showed up and the lady was nitpicking our forms. There was nothing wrong with the forms. We drove across town to a competing bank and they completed the opening of the account no problem. Bye Wells Fargo ?

poor service, waited a lot just for them to tell me that they can't cash out my Check because they need two identifications cards When in other Wells Fargo they just ask for one

Worst customer service in motor bank! After being parked in line for over 20 mins (got in line at 11:50) teller Vanessa M. refused to help me deposit a check because, according to her they were already closed. I explained I got in line in time but she still refused helping me.

I will preface this with I have no complaints about the staff, they are always friendly and helpful.The branch however is the most inconsistent one I have banked at in the 20+ years I've been with Wells Fargo, I will frequently pull up during business hours only to find they are not open, and as it is their hours are insufficient to service the community they are in. Show up at any time on Saturday and they will literally have a line out the door. But they still close at noon.
