So many services fees, so little customer service.

Lea and Yadi provided exceptional, professional service. They both go above and beyond in hospitality, kindness, and service. Probably the best banking experience I’ve ever had.

Today on Thursday August 8, I went to withdraw $8000, I got the money and then I headed to a coffee shop. I was in the coffee shop for about 10 minutes max and I come back out to see my front passenger window has been broken, and I had put the cash in the glovebox… I have more than a reasonable suspicion to think somebody working at this branch Tipped somebody to jugged me…
I had three different checkbooks and a bunch of Milwaukee tools. They didn’t touch anything except for the center consul and the glove department as they were both wide open. I had left the money in the center glovebox and just ran inside to grab a coffee and come back out, and my window was broken and the money was gone, nobody else knew about the money except for the lady who counted it. I heard from the police this happened to an elderly person about a week ago and he got beat up , stay safe and make sure to watch if anyone follows you… also, the manager at the store we addressed and talked about their safety for their customers. For some reason they don’t have any cameras out in the front lot, which would not make any sense for a bank to not have. They need to step up their security. Stay safe and stay away from this branch and always keep a eye out… we put the Envelope of cash in our pocket before even turning around to leave the front cashiers desk So I’m 100% sure nobody else would’ve known.
Another thing is is that they are very unprofessional. They have kids running around in the back of the bank behind the teller’s desk. I have no reason not to believe that maybe even these kids could be in on this.
Stay safe, and stay away from this location… We’ve been using Wells Fargo for at least 7 years if not more and They have been good to us, but this is not right and justice will be served soon.

There is always something with this bank and the tellers. They literally want your everything and your soul just to take some cash out

Wow. Banker "Yadi" at my Austin South Lamar branch made everything so easy I almost couldn't believe it. To be honest I've been pretty frustrated with Wells Fargo customer service systems in general over the past many months but this was a total turnaround. I walked into the branch with very low expectations as I looked at the sign telling me to scan and sign-in, but before I could even put a grimace on my face, banker Yadi saw me from her desk across the lobby, stopped what she was doing and headed my way. I expected her to offer to help me sign in. Instead, she pleasantly asked what she could do for me and listened as I explained the details behind something I needed notarized. She immediately researched the issue and arranged for an additional authorized employee 'witness' that was required for the transaction. As soon as he (Oscar) finished with his current customer, he came to Yadi's desk then she completed everything else and in a matter of minutes I was on my way. Complete success! I was impressed for the following reasons:1) Yadi was alert, immediately noticed me, and came to see how she could help.2) She was very knowledgeable, and she was quick to research the only outstanding question I had.3) She was professional, welcoming, efficient and thorough.I'm still in disbelief that she made it so easy for me and made this dreaded bureaucratic tangle a breeze!

They don’t answer the phone at this branch. Services at WF have gone to zero and now they support using very bad contractors.

Seeing so many Wells Fargo drive ups either closed or with limited hours in Austin. This is not what we signed up for with Wells Fargo. Very disappointing service.

This branch has been understaffed since 2020. One teller available and one banker. They have no empathy for the customer. Even if the bank is not busy, you have to wait literally over an hour to get some help from a banker.

If you find yourself with too much time on your hands in your life, then go here and make a deposit ! You would be amazed how much time you can kill waiting in line for a teller ! It could be because there's only One for the entire bank !!

Do not go here, go to the downtown location instead. I never had to wait downtown, and there is only one cashier working here. It took them forever and I had to wait 20 minutes in line for a money order!

Extremely slow, understaffed and no sense of urgency.RE: Wells Fargo Owner(Yosari): This isn't a complex issue. Don't have your customers waiting in a long line on a slow Monday afternoon when it should be a seamless experience. Either improve your operations or hire more people or both.

I went in Wells Fargo to shut down my account, honestly kinda sad I was shutting it down because I wish I had a reason to go back. The banker who helped me, Oscar Ramos, was so kind and made the entire process so easy. I have never had such an amazing banking experience. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you @Oscar, you have raised my standards and made my whole day.
