Elizabeth Davila did an excellent job assisting me with an issue that 3 other bankers at other locations could not help me with. I’m so grateful for her amazing service!

I went to go pull money out of the atm on the side of the building and it said the ATM was closed and not giving out and money, but it would accept money. What is this nonsense. Wells Fargo is just going down hill so much.

Two tellers working despite desks for 15, over 25 minutes to be served for basic (possible to do by ATM at Chase) banking services.

Without fail, always have an issue with this location. One day they close early in contrast to the hours posted on the door, another day the check scanner is broken, today they are open but have no tellers to accept deposits. Staff are always friendly and accommodating as much as they can but it sounds like a continual management issue. Very frustrating experiences.

Wells Fargo has to pay massive amounts of refunds and should be closed permanently. Wells Fargo provided my nephew a loan on my house not in his name for over 90,000 dollars. I had to sell and they refused to pay for their error.

Worst location, never helps and when I need to get cash from regular or business accounts they can't help. Specially in this situations. Other banks are helping best at this. Soon to close down all accounts here.

Every time you visit this Wells Fargo they insist you use their atm instead of waiting for a teller. This time someone, who I assume was the manager, waited near the teller to hear how much I was depositing and then told me I could have just used the atm. Then she said they didn’t mind since they weren’t that busy but it really would have been much faster to use the atm. If I wanted to deposit a couple thousand through the atm I would have. Incredibly rude and entirely unnecessary.

I have a vehicle loan with Wells Fargo Bank. This is the most Convenient one near work and school. The young women behind the service counter are very unprofessional. They have given me the wrong information about my account several times, and give me an ugly responses to my simple questions about my account. I am ready to turn this loan over to a better bank with professional service UFCU.

I have never gotten timely service at this location, has left me stranded and late to both school and work on several occasions, will probably cancel my account due to this same behaviour across the wells fargo board in my experience, in summation, Im super duper salty

They say keep Austin weird... Well this was definitely a weird experience. I put myself on the waitlist today to try to open a checking account. I went to the tellers and they motioned to have a seat on the far end of the bank. I waited an hour and finally someone went up to me and said they were calling your name but in the front of the bank. Why wouldn't you call names in the back of the bank? It's a small space, maybe 20 meters from one end of the bank to the entrance. Then they said they had to honor their online appointments and there was still another person in line because that person had already set an online appointment. So I sat back down and waited another 30 minutes and he decided not to get back to me again. I asked if I could use the bathroom and they said maybe they could accommodate because I've been waiting but they never actually followed up on that. Boy, was that on one comfortable walk back to the nearest gas station just to go to the bathroom... 90 minutes later I don't have a checking account, but I do have an empty bladder!
